I Just Quit Eve Again

PK means player killer and is a term used in lesser games for players who attack other players.

Did the OP mistake Eve for anything other than a PvP game?

Most of the following should be posted on the client download page in my opinion.

TLDR: HTFU

Hahaha ‘lesser games’. Some of the best games I used to play in the late 90’s early 2000’s had people running away spamming pk while me and my friends shitcanned them

Wow kid, didn’t mean to trigger you. I was just pointing out :
If he was posting with his main, the killboards did not support his story.
If he was posting with an alternative, then he lacked the courage to follow proper forum etiquette.
He was posting about quiting in the wrong forum, not to mention that coming on the forums to complain was counter productive.

It appears that numerous other posters had the same or similar concerns. You, however, decided to play white knight and ride in to slay forum injustice where none was present. I also find it quite amusing that you call me dumb, especially since I am one of the few in EVE who have earned the title of “Dr.” IRL. However, this is EVE forums, where claims and opinions run the full spectrum, so feel free to agree, disagree, or ignore. Perhaps I should have taken my own advice and chosen the last option in regards to your post.

You’re like the blackjack newbie who sits at a table, and cries when you lose your first hand. What did you expect?

Yeah lol, I know exactly what you mean. Some of the games I played even had separated PvP and PvE servers, but they still where full of carebears who spammed PK and shed tears until the devs nerfed PvP into oblivion or the people killing them got banned. Eh, always the same

I wouldn’t even begin to apologize to that guy.

How many newbros or returning newbros do you know have ever used an alt account for posting on these forums? That’s pretty much strictly vet/troll behavior. It was obvious troll just from reading, that’s why I and I assume you as well did any digging at all to see if there was even a nugget of truth to his complaint.

Calling me “kid” after having your point debunked. It’s what those insecure people of inferior intellectuality try to do to achieve some kind of superiority in their limited worldview.

Like I already pointed out, it doesn’t necessarily have to end up on his killboard. I already did the thinking for you. All you had to do was digest and you still couldn’t manage that one.

It’s an unwritten rule that regulars are aware of, while some dumb person, whose sole intention was coming here to whine about how he got ganked and is now quitting a game he was never cut out for in the first place, is surely not.

Is he the first person to do that? No. Does anyone care? No.

I merely pointed out what a retard you are. Whether or not the OP is indeed a troll is nothing I care about. I did not come here to feed the troll that you all believe the OP to be and if he really is one, then you do an awesome job feeding him the trash he desires. Just like a drone of inferior intellectuality would do.

That title by itself doesn’t say anything at all about your actual intelligence. If you were indeed a smart person, you’d be aware of that. Someone of average intelligence is just as able to attain a PhD, given enough effort, as someone with gifted intelligence and let’s not forget about the field. For all I care you could have a PhD in some completely irrelevant junk science field nobody gives a rats’ ass about.

The sole reason you mentioned it in the first place is the very same reason you called me a “kid”. You’re feeling insecure about my post and now try to gain some upper hand with a feeble attempt at discrediting me. It’s exactly what a dumb person would do. Thanks for proving my point and have a nice day.

I find that people who whine in game, probably whine IRL.

It’s not fair. It’s not fun. I don’t understand.

Life’s what you make it…

If this is how you handle adversity…you gotta long, hard life.

See ya!

This is because people dont want, dont have time to learn about the game, then they think its too hard, but in reality they make a lot of mistakes. Danger is there, but can be mitigated with few clever decisions, tricks.

sometimes you outsmart the game, and sometimes the game outsmarts you. apparently it’s usually the latter…

Some people learn from their mistakes.
Some people carry on doing what got them killed last time.
And the time before that.
And the time before that.

All other arguments aside, I must agree that starting your post by calling whoever you’re talking to “kid” automatically puts everything else you say into question. It’s a very very transparent attempt to demean the person you are talking to, rather than their arguments, which strongly hints that your own arguments are pretty weak.

If you’re trying to prove a point - to win an argument - it’s definitely not a good way to go.

This was perhaps the best troll thread I have seen this weekend. You have 35+ replies and all of them a mix of trying to help to laughing at the OP.

And most of you all dont realize he hasnt posted since the OP.

He quit again, maybe that is why?

I dont really care. I consider this thread PKed (pancaked). Let the maple syrup flow.

Actually, the reason I quit EVE is that I started crypto mining and crypto trading. I suppose I might get PK’d by hackers and the government, but its more satisfying to earn crytpo than isk. I thought about logging in to dick around in Jita markets today, but got three browsers trading stuff on margin.

That said, EVE trading did give me a good education in how to play the markets.

You know what the saying is about making assumptions.

Also, something seems off with what you’ve written. :ox::poop: ?
