So you keep dying trying to do the same things and do not learn to try it a new way? 
Making friends helps with the learning experience, especially if you are doing industry. Did you try that before just quitting?

MUD’s
- many were very social & friendly
- in most muds you couldn’t even attack another player, just the mobs.
- a few didn’t even have mobs.
a small handful of others … not so much 
The first thing I did when playing was learn how to not die.
The second was how to kill.
Still refining the first and learning the second.
Those tasks alone are what I enjoyed most and why I returned.
Eve is a PvP game. Adopt or die.

Yeah, never played MUDs, but the first time I encountered a PKer was while playing Diablo 1 on battlenet connected over a 28k modem. So I know what it means 
. Still, it does not apply to EVE

Being a doctor doesn’t mean anything necessarily, least of all any form of intelligence. As a “Dr” you may already know that. Why do you put a title in quotation marks like that anyway?
