Your only point is that people should not use the covetor in HS, nor retriever, only proc, and only fitted full tank ; which people are starting to do and then the procs are also ganked.
And this still makes ZERO risk for the gankers. And still they will complain that there are less people to gank, more bots that instant warp off, that the game is dying and not realize they actively worked to make this game dead.

A lot of former WT’s of mine (from when I was doing solo WarDecs) went on to leave HiSec and join more PvP/risk oriented groups. Sure, some quit, but they’d have probably gotten bored running missions and quit anyway sooner or later so.
Net benefit.
