I am proud to announce that we have reached an agreement with HECON and I-RED and will therefor be assisting them in the deployment. Devara Biotech will send our mobile medical taskforce unit as well as some our brigthest minds when it comes to brain augmentations. In addition I will lead the combined medical effort of Devara Biotech and HECON to help the Aliastra employees should our offer of assistance be accepted.
After cautious review, I cannot sign this confidentiality agreement. My analysts have brought it to my attention that it is an unsecured document whose contents were edited by an anonymous party no more than twelve hours prior to review. Furthermore, it appears that editing rights were granted to all recipients, including myself. I will not sign this agreement - and highly discourage others from doing so - until there is a guarantee of safeguard from its abuse both before and after signing by unauthorized parties.
Oversights like these are what brought us here today.
You are aware you were given a simple copy to review, a copy. It’s a non-issue when the main document is available for reference should any parties attempt to be foolish with a digital copy.
I was not aware. There is nothing on the document to indicate it is a copy and the anonymous edit raises concern. Excuse my suspicion, but I’d like this copy verified prior to signing please.
Your translator seems to be malfunctioning. I have tried parsing it through a external translator but it was a thinly veiled insult and that seems unlikely.
Yesterday I made a statement, confirming that a team had been assigned to the IKAME investigation in Semiki, with the objective of facilitating communication between IKAME and Aliastra personnel.
Despite stating that others in the Intaki Liberation Front, who intend to join efforts in Semiki are free to support the I-RED/HECON investigation, should they wish to do so, it is clear that additional reassurances are required.
I am happy to travel to the Tash-Murkon Refinery in A-3ES3, to meet with the community leaders in the Gamma Residential Sector, to listen to their concerns.
My hope is that through dialogue, I will be able to reassure them of my commitments.
I was disappointed to learn that some chose to disrupt the peaceful demonstration, where families had gathered to voice valid concerns, with rioting and vandalism. I commend the professionalism of I-RED police officers who responded to the events as they happened.

ISHUKONE-RAATA ENFORCEMENT DIRECTIVE
RELEASE OF INFORMATION TO PUBLIC OF SEMIKI
22:35 - “Ishuk-Raata Forward Checkpoint Alpha” has gone online, this forward platform shall monitor any and all ships that are requesting docking or undocking permissions with Semiki IV - Zainou Biohazard Containment Facility.
This is a public request of all capsuleer and non-capsuleer vessels currently docking and undocking to the station to allow the scan of their vessel.
This scan is for your safety!
22:45 - “Ishuk-Raata Forward Checkpoint Bravo” has gone online, this forward platform shall monitor any and all ships that are requesting docking or undocking permissions with Semiki V - Aliastra Warehouse.
This is a public request of all capsuleer and non-capsuleer vessels currently docking and undocking to the station to allow the scan of their vessel.
All data collected is confidential and if no anomalies are detected purged. All data is kept secure on hard copies and may be requested in accordance to a NDA argreement. All data collected at the Checkpoint Bravo may be requested by a Aliastra representative.
We are not denying any docking and as such are not acting as a policing force. We’re instead doing our duty as a observing security force. This is to aid active Internal Watch vessels, and act as a early warning system that will help ensure no hostile actors can continue to threaten either station. This scan is also intended to help with the safety of personnel and civilians.
There is currently no detention protocol active should something be detected, instead it will be reported to the Ishukone Watch for follow up checks.
But I do understand why someone of your background would take offense to an effort such as this one.
Due to the detection of aggressive and growing Guristas assets in the Semiki system, the Internal Watch has submitted the following advisory:
"The Internal Watch has officially placed a Traffic Advisory to all civilian and capsuleer vessels operating in the Semiki solar system. Two Guristas FOB’s have been detected and over the past day multiple structures and ships in proximity of the Zainou Containment Facility have been attacked.
We advise all civilian traffic to stay clear of areas not regularly patrolled by State security forces and to report activity to security forces in the area."
Under the request of the Ishukone-Raata Technological Research Institute [I-RTI] and the Directorship, RDC assets have begun to deploy to the Malkalen solar system. This deployment is to further bolster Commander Mazaki’s O-RIW force in Semiki should the need arise, and to begin operations in the Etherium Reach region.
It is our hope with further investments of Ishukone-Raata assets and personnel that we can help end this crisis swiftly.
Is there still interest in co-operation? I have not been given a response as of yet and with the escalation of things, I regretfully cannot wait indefinitely.
Task Force Barbet , the Conglomerate’s contribution to the I-RED led combined group, has been deployed and will operate from the Conglomerate Observation Post there alongside Directive forces.
This force has been separated into three sub-sections: Alpha, Bravo and Charlie. Alpha section, composed of security specialists from the Naval Intelligence Division, will be subordinated under the command of Ishuk-Raata forces to assist them in their investigation in concert with the Ishukone Watch. Bravo section will fall under my command as a liaison group with the Wiyrkomi Peace Corps to offer assistance in their investigation and in encouraging co-operation with Ishukone officials to bring about a resolution to this crisis. Charlie section, consisting of personnel from the Medical Corps, will be attached to Doctor Devara’s detachment from Devara Biotech to aid them as and where necessary.
In light of the recent developments as indicated by Watch Officer Itkaku, the Conglomerate will be working to assist the Directive in sourcing materiel outlined by Officer Itkaku to assist the Ishukone Watch and the Wiyrkomi Peace Corps in their investigation into the origin and nature of the virus. The Conglomerate would also urge the Watch and Peace Corps to share any actionable intelligence with the Aliastra Corporation to assist in their efforts to remedy the afflictions currently affecting their employees.
As the situation in Semiki continues to evolve, I wanted to provide an update to follow my earlier statement regarding events, aboard I-RED’s Tash-Murkon Refinery, in A-3ES3.
The Ishukone-Raata Accounting and Transport vessel Harikom reported entering the Mastakomon Solar System, and has handed over the Ishuk-Raata stockpile of Triglavian Trinary Datastreams. As requested to SARO Command Liaison, Captain Oveg Drust.
At this moment in time, cooperative forces in HECON and I-RED are working to track Autothysian Lancers that have been spotted in the system of Semiki.
As it stands at the moment, there are currently 14 that have been noted to be present.
We will update as the situation unfolds.
EDIT: It has also been noted there are 10 Drifter battleship wrecks at the ARC structure. Records show that 2 of these were destroyed by Captain Oveg Drust of the DED.
