I think my first blatant TOS violation was impersonating CCP Falcon, in order to scam someone out of their keepstar. I told them if they traded me the keepstar, then i could get them a free tour of the fjords. I got a warning and was told not to do that again. Fortunately, I had already traded the Keepstar to my main, and there was no way to recover the assets. CCP ordered me to write a formal apology letter to the victim, which I will post here in full:
hey bro, sorry i trick you so bad, i just wanted the star castle but i guess now u know what kind of person i am, i hope someday u can get another one, stay in touch
Miner, when you first claimed that Aiko had broken the TOS, I was willing to hear you out.
Perhaps you were right, I thought. Or, if it turned out you weren’t, perhaps simply ignorant.
But, upon seeing you name-call fellow EVE players for playing the game as it ought to be played, it became obvious to me that you weren’t an objective and impartial commentator but rather a vindicative carebear.
as a HS miner, I enjoyed reading http://www.minerbumping.com/… why do so many need a tissue when it comes to CODE or any other ganker for that matter in HS??
I thought the main golden rule of Eve is not to fly anything you are not willing to lose?
My favourite part of the Kelroth story was sitting there with Sievert Solutions, and letting him tell me how much he hates Aiko, because she kicked him out of CODE. and he is a cringy crybaby. I would just keep asking him, “Tell me more about Aiko…” and then he would start blubbering again. It went on and on for hours, and then days, while I kept accepting contracts from Kelroth. Sievert kept hoping Kelroth would rent a wormhole, but I kept reminding Kelroth that Sievert isn’t a CODE. certified wormhole salesman.
I think the only reason Kelroth gave me so much isk is cuz he thought it was hilarious when Sievert started crying and saying, “noooooo! don’t give it to Aiko, reeeee!” In Amarr, we were handing out 1 billion isk to anyone who said, “Sievert is a whiny betabear!” Xhahahahaha, it just rained isk for a week straight.
At one point, Kelroth was basically bonus rooming Sievert, and he had Sievert singing songs like I’m a Barbie Girl and rubbing peanut butter on his face. Then Kelroth would give me a stack of skill injectors and we’d all laugh as Sievert starting crying again, whimpering like a little dog. It was a lot of fun, Kelroth was a great guy.
I hope he’s out there somewhere, snorting cocaine and handing money to strangers.
It’s a true story. Kelroth decided to just max out his credit hard, and mortgage his house, and give all the PLEX to me and my friends. Even Kelroth’s wife liked me. Nothing amused Kelroth more than listening to Sievert Solutions cry and squeak and whine and beg, and $23’500 is a lot to spend in one week, but I think Kelroth would agree that Sievert provided priceless content. Hahaha, was a great experience.
Could someone do me a massive favor, and explain in a sentence or two what in the flying ■■■■ is going on in this thread? I’m not very good at this meme drama stuff. Thank you in advance.
Lovingly yours,
Your resident kawaii anime trap and high-sec mining aficionado Destiny Corrupted
So, CODE. is filled with larger than life characters. They talk a lot and do a bunch of funny “scam stuff.”
I think the OP was present during some of these storytime riff sessions and they actually believed that it was all real. It is like somebody who watched The Blair Witch Project and thought it was a documentary.
Sievert is upset because some miner gave me $20’000 in PLEX, and dropped another $3500 into Amarr local. Sievert wanted the isk for himself, and became increasingly upset when he realized the miner’s wife was hanging out with me irl. According to what Sievert told me, I have been reported to CCP for “ruining a marriage” and being a “homewrecker”. I think he is a Mormon in real life?
I can only pray that CCP doesn’t ban me for clicking accept on the trade window, or for taking a nice lady out for drinks, but you really can’t blame me.
