I’d love to see something organic, like the Yuuzhan Vong or what have you.
The most likely outcome of the Imperium finding New Eden would be Rogue Traders coming through. They’d basically fit right in with us capsuleers.
That, or they’d just take one look at us, think ‘It all needs to go’, and lead a Tyranid shard fleet in.

I don’t think the Imperium would do much they take a long time to travel from point A to B and they are very weak against hit and run tactics. However they’d do really well at conquering stations and planets or just going crazy with Exterminatus strikes on populated worlds .
