You do know that the RL cost didn’t change, right? That they split the old plex into 500 new plex?

Depends on how he’s looking at it, IRL terms the cost hasn’t changed and IMHO that’s the most pertinent thing to take into account.
If he’s looking at it in ISK terms the cost has increased dramatically, however that price is set by other players and the only investment of value required is time, not money.

Again, I feel it is my duty to correct a basic flaw in your reasoning.
Just cos you aint not heard of soda bread and potato bread does not mean it is not the superior alternative to “fried bread” and “hash bruins”
Seriously, try it sometime, you will find your fry up massively improved!

Nowt wrong with potato bread, used to eat a lot of it in Germany as a kid; I’ve not tried soda bread, it sounds intriguing.
I live about as far south as you can get without getting your feet wet, or speaking some foreign lingo.

You’re in for a treat make these yourself next time you plan on having a fry up.
Once you’ve made them let them cool down, then slice them (like a bread roll) and lightly fry them on both sides in butter. Cover in baked beans or tinned tomato’s (my preference) when you plate up your fry up.

Some people posting here clearly have some anger issues.
There have been many mistakes made by CCP, which in my opinion started with jump fatigue and then continued Fozziesov. I agree EvE has gotten too easy and stale, especially in null sec.
The best change CCP has made in a long time is the new Forsaken Fortress update.
However, my issue is that CCP is using the sledgehammer approach to reverting EvE back to a tougher game. I also believe this is partly by design to sell more skill injectors, which is fine. Over the past few years, CCP has buffed certain ships and play styles to become OP, which players bought injectors to boost their characters and alts. Then a year or two later they realize the mistake, do a massive nerf and buff something else unrelated, to again sell more injectors. Most players I talk to find this drastic style of buffs and nerfs very frustrating.
It seems CCP wants to move EvE back to 2010 in a matter of 6 - 12 months. It is very hard to take back multiple years of softer game design in such a short time without upsetting some of the crowd.

Well you are right…that is NOT surprising indeed knowing this would clearly show a decline…something they don’t really need or will ever confess…
Instead they use sleight of hand tricks to ‘look good’…
You can see both the totals and the averages for users at the Status Monitor…

And the numbers are wrong because ONLY the highest number is put into the graph…it’s totally easy to see if you just follow the player numbers shown in the launcher for ONE day…
