Didn’t CCP change that behaviour some time ago so that now it only hits legit targets? Maybe it was just planned but seem to have read something along those lines but not sure.

I understand now why you have such a reaction to my original post - you don’t like your targets to be able to fight back. You talk a lot about being concerned for the quality of the game but ultimately are just worried about your play style.

Well I mean, presumably as much as you do about being ganked?
One of the things I like about the current state of ganking in Highsec is that it provides me - only an armchair ganker these days - with lots of entertainment.
I believe it is perfectly balanced, for it can be done both for profit and for what I believe are called ‘The Lulz’ (perhaps someone would be good enough to correct me if I erred there).
Few other pursuits in the game seem to offer this heady and fertile combination.
Of course, one man’s ‘balance’ is another’s ‘bias’ and all that…

? I don’t even engage in high sec ganking bro. I’ve been a low sec pirate much of my EVE career. I’m very familiar with things shooting back LOL.

All Aiko did was help to demonstrate that I’ve spent a lot of time in and around Eve and might actually have half a clue what I’m talking about. Still a dick move to pull trying to use snippets of stuff I’ve said elsewhere out of context - but I wouldn’t link to information if I was worried someone might use it against me.
