In addition to posting here, yesterday I created a bug report on the problem affecting the L3 Resource Wars sites after the patch (i.e. EBR-188912).
I see the bug report has been closed with no reply, and neither has an entry been added to the list at the beginning of this thread, yet today I tried another two Standard Federal Mining Expedition sites and the problem persists. Does this mean it has been dismissed and will be left unaddressed?

D’oh. That really sucks, man.
If you fit any type of expanded probe launcher and fit any variant of the “Sisters Core Scanner Probes”, the launcher will load 80 probes, you will also multibuy 80 probes. https://i.imgur.com/7kh1MVy.png
impossible to play thta game since yesterday.

I have the same issue, after killing the last rat if I fly to any other location I can’t return to the mission to collect any salvage again
Why the launcher is updating during the whole day? i see it happen often since 3 days… it download something then pause, then again— ccp do you spying us?

from german ip it works fine… same for the never ending launcher update error
Hmmmm good thing I set my skills for a year. 
Since your last big update it’s been more of a chore logging in and playing. I thought it was my internet connection, but after examining, testing, I’m finding out it’s not me, it’s YOU.
Maybe it’s time for another 12 month break from the game. Disappointing. I’d have thought after all these years you’d stop implementing stuff that breaks the game, but no. Same old song and dance. Dammit.

Do you remember when the chat server (the new cloud-based one) was IP-blocked by Russia and no Russian players had access to chat?
Probably something similar to that going on.
Singularity Server seems to be down as well for some reason. :"/

@CCP_Dopamine, so terribly sorry to bother you. But, I have now attempted at least a dozen times to create an APP here https://developers.eveonline.com/applications, without success. The page upon submission just returns an empty page, no app created. Are there know issues? Thank you so much for your time.

Well, that is interesting - the Activity Tracker for my main character has just reset / zeroed itself for everything except ice mining…
On one level, do I care? Meh. However, I suspect not working as planned. And if the idea of the Activity Tracker was to encourage new players to do more, then a bit of a fail there chaps.
EDIT - and an hour later, all restored. Presume something had a funny turn on the server?

I am also having connection woes I sent 2 tickets Jan 23 still no replies lost a marauder so I suspect they do not want to replace it so they ignoring my tickets… I have done these sites many many times no issues till then … last wave shows up I start targeting rats and then lag comes and disconnected from server… server would not take incoming connections and I know my service provider was working fine as I had e-bay online as well at the time I was disconnected from eve… I asked to have my lost marauder replaced as I did nothing wrong and was offline so rats kept killing my ships till I was finally able to reconnect and save the rest. yes it has been a week so far… still no replies 
Don’t know if anyone else is having a problem with the launcher where you click on your account and the toon section come up you go to pick your toon and nothing happens then a dialog pops up saying connection lose my connection is fine
