Hi, my name is Kaptin Tiberius, and despite the multiple attempts from capsuleers everywhere, I am still not dead, and I want your vote.

I started off as a hisec miner during the Trig invasion. I got mad at the Trig for blowing up all of my worldly possessions in some crappy Thrasher on a gate in Hisec. So I shot at the Trig in retaliation. I then regretted shooting at them, and went to Pochven to fix my standings. Then a bunch of angry roaming Gator people from DKVC swooped down upon my lowly Slasher, murdered me, and recruited me into a permanent life of crime and SKIN design. Been with the Gators out here for two years now, and I have to say, this is the space for me.

I am now the primary Skyhook raid FC for the corporation, and I am also the Brand Manager, a consequence of being a successful SKINr artist. I also do the basic day to days of wormhole life, which include scanning, PVP, and relaxing on the gas clouds while I paint ships. Sometimes, a wild Flycatcher appears when I am mining, and I tackle him, catch him completely off guard, and murder him. And then his parts become bonus minerals. I am not the best at PVP, but I am excellent at getting caught.

EVE is a fantastic game, itā€™s something that I keep returning to, but it needs major fixes and updates that benefit everyone.

Hereā€™s my major laundry list of issues, boiled down to 5 points.

  1. More bookmarks for Wormhole corporations/Wormhole QOL tweaks. We need those bookmarks, we all know why, we literally cannot live without them. If you can add SKINr into the game, you can figure out the bookmark situation no problem.

  2. Nullsec Changes: Because itā€™s time to break up the Blue Donut

Do not even get me started, it will fill multiple tomes and none of us want to see that right now, but if you have serious gripes with Nullsec, chances are, I share them. If I donā€™t, please explain to me why I should, and chances are I will agree with you. EVE is in a state of stagnation, and Nullsec IS that stagnation. I await the inevitable downvotes while Ishtars warp to the Keepstar.

  1. SKINr Changes. More patterns, pattern slots, colors for SKINr/QOL upgrades.

We all love it, it needs more of everything.

Also, this is a HARD public push to make limited patterns/colors unlimited.

People should be able to link their SKINs if they have activated them but donā€™t have the design saved. Also, PLEX prices to print SKINs are too high, and I say that as a person who benefits from it.

WE NEED MORE DESIGN SAVE SLOTS. 125 IS NOT ENOUGH, ESPECIALLY NOT WHEN YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SKINNING AN ENTIRE CORPORATION! ā†ā€”ā€” I will absolutely die on this hill.

  1. PUT NOCXIUM BACK IN WORMHOLES

Yeah, yeah, I still mine minerals in-between fights to build ships for myself, what do you want from me? Look, we need Nocxium back in wormholes, itā€™s freaking obscene. I have to wrestle Sleeper battleships as well as the local Tengu every morning before I can mine, and I canā€™t even get Nocxium. I know there are those among you who know this pain.

Wormholers, I feel your pain.

  1. More wormhole content!

Anything! We donā€™t care! New anomalies! New things to do! Reasons for people to explore wormholes! Give them to us to facilitate PVP and the ultimate, final objective, more ships in space.

Finally, Iā€™d like to say that I do listen to my community, and have zero issues listening to or supporting other issues that affect the game that need changing. These are the primary issues that I see from my perspective, and it doesnā€™t encompass everything Iā€™d like to see changed. Bottom line, I fight for the little guy, and for positive changes intended to benefit everyone.

Bravo!! I absolutely agree!! There needs to be more content regarding wormholes! I went in one the other day and there was nothing in there but the occasional cloaked ship looking to tank, which is fine but there needs to be more! As for nullsecā€¦Nullsec need to be reworked or at least new systems implemented that donā€™t make it so they can keep building their monopoly of power. One of the current incumbents has the ā€œbrightā€ idea of making capitals/supers more ā€œeconomicalā€ this grotesque want to line the pockets of the mega corps in nullsec will never benefit new players who will not be able to afford one but will instead allow current nullsec mafias to build and build more strategic resources and further push the iron curtain against new players. As for the SKNR system, I think that itā€™s one of the coolest aspects of the game imo, but for 17.5 million skill points at lvl 5 itā€™s absolutely ludicrously under developed, I firmly believe that ccp could implement a 1 time subscription or a different type of subscription to better utilize those skills..why the heck donā€™t I have a fully functioning and blendable colour wheel to make my own colours?? Yes keep the the current colour types, and patterns as they have their place, make everything purchasable in the unlimited variety even if itā€™s more expensive, but at least itā€™s accessible. Gate keeping rss is not fun for anyone.

Last but not least, you mentioned stagnation and I have also mentioned stagnationā€¦ 9 years ago eve saw the single highest amount of players in its history, 9 years laterā€¦the lowest in her history. I strongly believe that in the next 5-7 years at MOST eve will undergo a drastic change in player count my conservative estimates are 11-16k if the issues surrounding NULLSEC arenā€™t fixed and if the community continues to let NULLSEC and its overlords to dictate the direction of the community then there wonā€™t be a community!! Weā€™ve gone from the cinematic masterpiece trailers of ā€œI was thereā€ to the let me enter this wormhole and watch as nothing happens. We were once a community of gamers who made and set world records, a community known for their dedication and love of spreadsheets, now weā€™re a fragmented and divided community of the haves and have nots. I think that eve online needs to wake up or like the graves of B-R5RB be lost and forgotten to time

The stagnation is a critical issue. The botting needs to cease, and CCP needs to tell the nullblocs to crack down on it, or CCP needs to hire an anti-botting team. Why they put resources into whatever that crypto-game Hilmar is so fascinated by instead of focusing on the issues in the base game is beyond me.
