I have to agree with this one FFS put a warp stab or 2 on , keep aligned, dont panic, paranoia is completely normal lol , but even I will chose a survival build for my Skiff or Procurer maybe you should try one of them. Hulk is really meant for Mining ops under protection Skiffs and Procurer as the solo boats.
EVE last over the years because the economy controled by players. If remove local from 0.0 is like say “i don’t want the industrial players anymore”

Wrong because when the PvE players leave EVE someone else need to fill the industry part of game
I bet the plan of CCP is to make the eve “pay and win” game. You lost your ship? don’t warry buy some plex and spend them to get a new one from CCP

Your mistake is forgetting that there are Industrialists who have a backbone and spine who will stick around even if there is no Local. They will make a lot more ISK because there is less competition mining ore and the minerals will be more valuable when all of the cowards stop mining.
This is a win win for everyone as long as you are not a coward.
Why would they get bored of it? It’s easy, it’s risk free, it’s very effective and they know it annoys the ■■■■ out of roamers. I’d be bosoning people on gates all day because it’s hilarious.
Again, these people are playing the game properly. The way the game is currently designed dropping some supers on people is the best way to defend your space, so that’s what people do. Can’t fault them for doing it because only an idiot would purposely handicap themselves in a competitive game.
The local change is a nice experiment but personally I can’t resub until supercap balance is addressed. Some more people will get ganked and eventually more people will be pushed into capitals under an umbrella. CCP is looking at the wrong problem if they want to fix roaming, but I suspect the local change has more to do with fighting bots than with improving nullsec PVP.

A’right, I’ll say it: this change won’t have a dramatic impact. The primary adaptation needed, we did as soon as we got to Delve: Use big things, don’t get lazy, and be ready to get in the standing fleet and light your cyno if you run into problems.

to get a “big ship” seriusly? I was a rorqual pilot from the time ccp drop it in game and i was build one of the first 10th in game.
Also I was in a C3 wormhole about a year and build carriers in there (before the citadels) and know what mean do not have a local. Need to be sure 100% no-one is in your system to get the carrier out for ratting.
Thats why i deside is time to go. i am too old for this sh…t

OK sure bud. Dscan isn’t an effective tool. That’s why people don’t rat or mine in wormholes right? Except that we do and dscan works plenty fine.
