I wonder how much more valuable successfully mining a ton of stuff with no local will be, interesting. Will definitely require some fitting adjustments, but bring it on.

Nope.
Nullsec atm is full of people that are not pvpers and do not provide anything to their alliance or to the game. THAT is why people are leaving nullsec and THAT is why they are ‘‘leaving the game’’ In effect they were useless anyway.
RIGHT then onto another point.
PvE folks can not own space, rat or mine without the pvpers; but pvpers can survive without the pure PVErs, one a mining corp or ratters have no PvP players they can neither defend or attack - this makes them incredibly vulnerable.
IMHO all the alliances that have players leaving over this are better off without most of those players.
Sounds more like his alliance don’t know how to protect their carebear mining fleets.
Just means those alliance Carebears feel they can’t rely on alliance protection in Nullsec without help from local channel.

Nah ive been with the types of alliance, i ont do well in them because its literally full of people trying to make lots of isk at the expense of other people.
- they dont protect each other (worst yet when you save them they will happily let you die for it)
- they dont sell ships cheap to alliance members in most cases (usually more than jita+shipping costs if you buy bulk)
- they dont defend the space
- they never helped bloody take the space yet somehow many feel they have a right to dictate to those that did…
There are very good reasons pvpers dont stay long in those places, and its usually related to the carebears being greedy little oiks that only use others for their own gain.
I have no sympathy for carebear whines.
