This could be true. But then again if CCP adds an Upwell structure that restores chat, lore could justify that High/Low sec is attended by the Big Four and communication is a constant. Whereas in nullsec, it falls down to the denizens there to provide for the essentials and basics such as communication in the solar system.

Then thats a poor setup, alliance/corp should have guidelines in place.
If miner is mining for corp/alliance and alliance/corp member loose ships to protect miner and resources mined then corp/alliance should cover replacement costs.
If miner is mining for self them its dependent on what the corp/alliance guidelines are or individual agreements between players.
Thereās a lot of things that should be in place, if not then you need to your corp/alliance leaders.

In wormholes we try to respond to any miner or hauler in distress. We donāt always make it but we always try to take the fight said gank has generated. Because the fight is more important than the loss.
Therein is the problem. People have forgotten that Eve has this reputation of being theā¦ Dark Souls of MMOās. Brutal, unforgiving and unfair. Right now Nullsec has 2 of those on a good day and only 1 the rest of the time.
Living in Null felt like a reduction in threat after living in wormholes. Not the peak of gameplay but on a day to day basis like a less crowded highsec (with more isk and minerals)
Those saying that this is going to hurt subscriptions are right. This is going to be a big hit in the short term as players used to being the top tier of casual are brutally slaughtered and quit the game in protest. But Eve needs this change to thrive in the future.
Iāve talked about this with others and the consensus is that CCP is looking ahead and seeing 2 roads. One short and easy, one long and hard. We just have to hope that the game survives in the short run to hit that revitalization that this path will obtain in the long.
Oh, the other goal weāre seeing? CCP wants to break up the big powers and make it so itās harder to maintain huge swaths of territory thatās unused. Donāt be surprised if Sov eventually becomes something you need to actively maintain.

Drone boats canāt just warp off without loosing drones, sentry drones donāt move.
Why, will their cyno be affected? Will their d-scan be removed? Will dothan no longer get a feed of NPC kills per system, or will the map stop showing details about how many people there are active in space? Will CCP remove the kill feeds that power zkillboard and detail not only who you can expect, but in what they fly?

If I wanted to play with a delayed local, I would have lived in a WH. Stop forcing dumb **** mechanics on us or suffer. I do not mean suffer, as an blap blap toot toot, I mean a significant drop in your player base and revenue. Un**** this immediately before you allow something to occur to the detriment of EvE. EvE is not PvE so stop forcing that c***. Treat these as words of wisdom before you wreck yourselves.

The issue with drones as pvp fleet boats and in general; but lets be honest, youll warp and lose a couple mil in drones or ten times that in losing your ship - id say that was drones working as intended.
Dont want to lose drones? dont use a drone boat for ratting.

It was too easy for some people in null to make ISK. They will still be making ISK hand over fist as much, if not more so. Cheer if you must, but do so knowing its for the rich to get richer.
None of that; it will force a cloaky camper to be more active or stick to small systems.
And believe me sitting an alt in one system and having to warp it around to check dscan every couple of minutes isnt fun; sure ive done it, specially in wormholes but it gets boring real quick unless im not really feeling upto much.
In null a blip on dscan could mean anything from someone intending to rat or mine or simply moving through. Epithals you may think make good targets but in reality if you have it fitted properly for escape and evasion they are a royal pita to catch and hold.
Your failure here is only in that you can not and will not be bothered to think about what your doing, preffering the simplet approach and safety - which is fine for highsec.
Even ratting isnt an issue in blackout ffs, theres not a warpy cloaky ship ingame that can travel that fast whilst cloaked so again, many of you moaning are simply out of touch with the game; so much so you feel this is unfair when in reality what is not fair is that this was not done years agoā¦ and with a whole set of mechanics around it for the playerbase to amuse themselves with.

It was already covered: if CCP adds some local providing structure hunter wannabees want to have this information for free. 
And be sure: they will whine a lot if this not happens.
Reasons are the same: null is safer than high-sec, free intel, blah-blah.

Not at all, unless its like their original plan for jump bridges which was going to allow the bigget ships to go from one end of eve to the other with no fatigue at all which to be frank was in fact a very silly idea all things considered.
Iāve read a lot of comments now. And whoās crying the most here are all the pvplers who are too stupid for real pvp and are happy that itās now made easier for them to pimp their zkillboard.com statistics with mining ships! One person who subs all year is worth more than 10 who only sub for 30 days and leave the game.
Interdiction probes donāt cause a weapons timer. The Ishtar took 3 iterations before it became ābalancedā. Interceptor entosis was broken for months after release. Rorquals were nerfed multiple times. Tech 3 cruisers got a pass and now the Loki is the meta instead of the Tengu and everything else is dumpster tier. Resource wars could be easily categorised as pointless and citadels are spam level tz tank nuisances.
Yeah, right theyāll fix it.
