Enough of the “it is working for me” posts please as they do not help.
Clearly more than one of us has the same issue and furthermore multiple ISPs seem to be involved.
It maybe a routing problem somewhere between our ISPs and the CCP login server, a route not used by other players. Time to do some tracing.
I passed all of the tracerouts in the launcher diags.
The port wasn’t connecting.

I can login with my mobile network, which makes me think is something cached in my regular ISP, login.eveonline.com is timing out, maybe they pointed login.eveonline.com somewhere else and the TTL was too high?
Its working for me.
I was wrong, is not a DNS issue, login.eveonline.com resolves to 87.237.34.203 on both networks and also using lookup tools, so my next guess is that they are blocking some addresses

I think there are some anti-DDOS filters active on their side and it causes problems.

Tracing shows that the route to the Tranquility login server is not “happy”

aussie here having the same issue was also kicked aprox 5 min before DT
cant connect on port 26000
hope this is resolved soon i was in warp to a non static HS hole with a over bill in crap in the hold
whats the bet that by the time i get back on hole will be gone.
Needless to say my ISP has to pass this onto their Network team.
Unfortunately the Network team have a 7 - 10 day lead time; so I will just have to hope that whatever is causing the routing issue is cleared up by a faster and more efficient ISP/CCP
Im getting a failed connection…its saying my internet is down, the server isnt running or the server address/port number is wrong.
same here can’t log on any account.
I can’t log in either… Everything was fine until after the shutdown… The launcher is connected, but can’t log into the game or support account… Hope they are reading these posts and fix it…

Still not fixxed for me cannot connect via home isp…but I can via cell network. Comeon CCP
Is there anything CCP can add to help us with this problem? It is unusual for you to be so quiet.
It may well not be a CCP issue, but it would be good to hear from you as to what you think it may be.
same issue here from Australia, Using Telstra network, pretty sure this is not ISP issue as it was ok before DT, the issue happen right after that, seems some changes on CCP side. Please Fix…
