Revenge is an important motivator in New Eden. You should keep a journal, noting all the people who have ever ganked you or slighted you in any way. Research these people a bit, their corp history and preferred locations, and record it so you don’t forget any of them.
Get your Trig and Edencom standing sorted so you don’t get blapped moving your stuffs to market. Getting positive Triglavian and EDENCOM standings - EVE University Wiki
Shoot a bill board and run away. Do this in lowsec.
Scan down and shoot a Mobile Tractor Unit. Do this in highsec.
Find people who are passionate about something on the forums. Then tell them they are wrong and copy paste a few arguments about why from old forum posts. The older the better.
What do you do in RL when you are board? Watch Netflix? Drink Beer? Play Bloons Tower defense V? All these things are even better when you are also logged into Eve!
Go to Uedama when Kusion or someone is ganking freighters. See if you can get on the kill mails. Shoot either the gankers or the bunny, or some of each! Although you will get Concordekinded if you shoot at the freighter so be prepared for that.
Try and steal some of the loot from said freighter before the gankers can get it. You’ll have to set your overview up properly for this.
Scan your way into a wormhole chain and see if you can hack any of the data/relic sites there. You’ll probably get blown up, but you’ll learn, and just maybe you make it out with a Billion ISK BP or something sweet!
Slowboat out to the great farmlands in 0.0 space and loiter there, for hours! Null bears love the company and will be happy for the conversation in local.
Learn the cloak / MWD trick and see if you can make it through Ahbazon, Gonditsa, and the like.
Make your pilgrimage to the Eve gate.
Go on a Spectre fleet roam. The FC should ask if anyone is a complete noob, if they don’t then by all means mention it. They’ll help you out.
Start cataloging the nebula. See if you can get screenshots of all of them from various locations and record your observations in a blog or just send them to people who have never played Eve. Its a great way to start conversion.
See if you can visit a local prison and speak with some of the inmates there. They might have some good ideas about scams you can run in Eve.
Watch Clear Skies, Tank CEO and Daakkon (I saw Tank just today, he is still in the game), Adhocracy, Dr.Ogres Let’s Play Eve, and more recently Eve a Nomad tale. Lots of great material in all those videos.
Listen to the Eve Chronicles Podcast. That guy does an amazing job vocalizing all those stories.
I wish I could wrap this up in a neat bow, but the list just goes on and on. Best of luck in your journeys and adventures Ryan!
