I own a publicly accessible structure where I provide services to other people.
I recently noticed that i couldn’t communicate changes I wanted to make, like switching service modules, to people who use the citadel but where’t in my corp or a corp i was in contact with.
Isn’t it an idea to make some sort of sign that everybody that’s using my structure can see where i can post messages to communicate what i’m going to do?

That’s always a problem.
I personally do, though how regularly is kinda random.
You’re going to have that issue no matter what though.
It was added recently to address the exact problem you pointed out in the OP. But no not many read them and no matter how big your font is when you say lab offline for a few days. You will still get mails asking why someone can’t access research.
