Sure. But that isn’t the question here, he is going beyond playing EVE in a currently-supported manner and demanding even more buffs to AFK solo farming. And saying “sandbox” over and over again does not mean that CCP needs to give him what he wants.

Perhaps you could post an example of his genuine requests for more PvP options that are not just thinly-veiled demands for easier PvE farming (like his “I want to invade nullsec” justification for demanding highsec titans)?
That reason is that the method by which is war ineligible corp was thrown into a war is an exploit. Last I checked it was standard practice to petition exploits.
So what if he thinks it’s an exploit (it wasn’t, according to CCP)? He still had the opportunity to fight back and defend his corp in PvP, and instead he quit EVE and left his corp members to die until CCP removed the PvP threat.
