If it was 1 orca then yes it would be. However unless the guy has 45 main accounts then he wouldn’t have 45 toons to be afk mining with.

Those guys have dozens of accounts that live in Nullsec and do industry and massmultiboxmining (Rorqual + Exhumers) and a private Capital Ship Army. It doesn’t matter which oen is a “main”. These already plexed accounts are used when the player is *actively playing.*
The Orcas are just the 3rd Chars on that account which are used afk while those guys aren’t at home. Because they can be left in the belt for hours. And will still grind several billion ISK over the month. In addtion to the other accounts.

An orca siege boost only effects that orcas drones and not the other in fleet. It is unprofitable to boost the drone son the orca as the heavy water costs more then they get in extra m3 ( on an r4 moon)

That has nothing to do with what I have said. Indu Core Costs would be totally fine even if it would be profitable only after having 3 or 4 mining ships in the fleet. Currently it is always profitable. Which is imho not a good design, as there is little strategic decisionmaking involved. You don’t have to think, it’s a no-brainer to use it. Not good for a strategical game.

Where did you read that they all are in Indu Mode for hours? They aren’t. They just put Drones out and let them harvest, no matter the crappy results. All that matters is that there is stuff in the Mining Bay when they return.

Can you understand that most players have a ‘main’ character on each account, and the other two characters exist to support the main character? Can you recognize that people PLEX the account, getting three characters for the price of 1? Consequently, if the alt doesn’t earn enough to PLEX the account, that is not a loss. Anything the alt earns is a gain which reduces the cost of PLEXing the account. If you can’t understand this, I don’t know what else to say. Obviously, the people who play this game understand what I’m saying.
Mathematically, it is irrational to deduct the cost of PLEX from the ledger of an alt. The alt has no cost to PLEX, as it comes free with the main. Your absurd miner math would suggest that someone who uses one character is experiencing a 1000 PLEX a month loss on their alts, because the alts are not earning enough isk. This is just plain wrong, and exposes your ignorance.

To have 45 alts flying at the same time you would need 45 mains … who has 45 main accounts ? And if you did you would be making way to much money of Indy and other stuff to risk afk orca mining and getting banned just so you could make an extra mill isk per hour per orca.

One is generally the main, and the other 2 tend to be tertiary alts.
