Do you know what a game of Whack-A-Mole is?
Yes
No
An arcade game in which players use a mallet to hit toy moles, which appear at random, back into their holes.
Do you know for which age this game is?
Depends on the version of the game in question as some require no more than ability to move at all. Most would agree that children of the age of 3 understand itâs concept. There is no upper age limit.
Do you understand that you are removing blanket wardecs from the game and introduce a version of Whack-A-Mole into EVE?
That is a presumption, and not a question. Blanket war decs currently are used by gate campers as a version of Whack-A-Mole waiting for a target to appear and to shoot. In effect you are asking why Whack-A-Mole is what I want to replace Whack-A-Mole with.
Try Yes or No, please.
Try listening. Youâll learn something.
Please focus on the question and try to answer it as simple as possible with a Yes or a No.
Ask a question which only has yes or no as the answer and you will get a yes or no question.
Repeat a loaded question at your own failure.
Iâm just going to assume that youâve said No. As in âNo, I do not understand.â
Can we agree on this being sort of an answer instead of the horse crap you keep giving?
Do blanket war decers play Wack-A-Mole? Yes or no.
No, they do not.
Then you do not understand blanket war decers. This is why you think you asked a question. They wait for a target in a high sec hub to shoot, and then do so until it goes back into itâs hole. Exactly Wack-A-Mole only with eve spaceships.
No, I do. You donât understand what they do.
Blanket wardeccers play all sorts of games. They chase targets to their home station, they follow them around and they camp at gates. They use them to grief players, they use them to chase players out of asteroid belts and they use them to remove structures from space, too. They play a variety of different games.
Everything youâve just said is Wack-A-Mole with mobility. Do they get to hit a target? Are they fast enough to hit the target? Do they hit a stationary target? Exactly Wack-A-Mole.
Whack-A-Mole with mobility isnât Whack-A-Mole. Whack-A-Mole is a stationary game where the objective is to hit a non-moving target in a short time.
Read it twice and say it nice.
Nothing says the moles are stationary. In fact they are required to move because if you wanted to play Whack-A-Mole and NOTHING MOVED FOR YOU TO HIT then you didnât play.
Am afraid they are. The holes they pop-out are stationary, which sadly leaves very little room for the poor moles to move across the field.
So you agree that the moles need to move in order to play Whack-A-Mole and confirm that it is not a stationary game. It has predictable limits based on the amount of spaces that exist. Eve is just a bigger space.
As much as Iâd like to educate you on what Whack-A-Mole is further I have to go to a thing called âworkâ now.
