according the the compare tool you can still fit a restrained interdiction nullifier to a stealth bomber and an industrial but not a covert ops ship? is that not a contradiction as the stealth bomber is a kind of cov ops ship anyway. and the cloak activation under gate cloak does not work.
Not sure what you’re talking about, cloaking has not been touched (yet).
Explorers that didn’t use interceptors yet can now fly interdiction nullified and explorers that used one warp core stabilizer now have the strength of two.
I see mainly buffs for the solo explorer.
It is not technically a cov ops frig. Even though it can use cov ops cloak and be bridged by blops.

Its quite broken that patch. obviously not enough testing was done and QA. CCP donut lied on keyboard while doin QA again, and CCP cat was lead programmer.

…and it seems CCP have forgotten what Nullsec is. Null Security. No security. They’re not supposed to feel safe out there. Now, the ever increasingly massive alliances - which will one day just be one or two in number - have their own private highsec to play in, and deny to the rest of us. Nullsec is nothing but a giant walled garden now.
What on earth are you playing at, CCP? You’re not going to get more people to null by forcing them into a Nullsec alliance. I don’t WANT to be in a Nullsec alliance. Nothing sounds more boring to me than tedious alliance politics and inter-corp posturing. The endless rules and quotas etc. Stop trying to shoehorn us into gameplay we don’t want or need just in order to build something or get somewhere.
Can’t they now get uncloaked periodically by a system wide pinger and active modules subject to cap drain?

Yes! Now the only way to stop cov ops frigate with less than 2 sec align, can use nullifier and cov ops in null is a smart bomb.

I can now haul my goodies to market in my cloaky/nullified cheetah without much risk. no more courier contracts. wh transit and thera transit is much safer.
The coming cloak changes have no effect on explorers, besides the need to reset the cloak every 15 minutes, which leaves you visible for 5 seconds - not enough to be scanned. and that’s only if one of those mobile observer things is around AND if you have the unusual need to cloak for over 15 minutes in one system.
OMG, really you just put it on the test server to see if it something that players might like or at least try for less than a week and now you put it in game. REALLY … and to top it off the only Tech2 mod is 50 million. Does CCP just hate its players or what.
This part is fine. Dishonor modules should’ve been deleted entirely imo. Dont want to die? Dont get scrammed.

This change in its current state it is bad, that should be iterated again in the test server to receive more feedback and make additional changes before release in productive.
This need to be corrected, to not be too disruptive and functional.
- Need to add a new high slot in Luxury Yatch
- Add 1 high slot in covops frigs … specially in Helios
- Bonus to “interceptors, yachts, and nullification subsystems have now received a new role bonus: 100% increased duration for interdiction nullification modules.” need to be changed to “role bonus: interceptors, yachts has to have Active Duration: 20 seconds and Reactivation Delay: 75 seconds”.
- Nullification module in Astero (CCPlease).
- The trait text in shuttle need to be corrected
CPP should have put the BPO for the modules out for a week, and then made the update. Make it so there might be some on the market.
