I don’t understand the need to frame the Minmatar conflict against the Amarr as equivalent to the Caldari conflict against the Gallente.
They are two separate conflicts with different basis to their conduct.
The chief difference being that through the sacrifices of its citizens and soldiers the Caldari State achieved its objectives of independence and formal recognition of corporate sovereignty by the Gallente Federation.
While I understand the Minmatar Republic is engaged in its own struggles against the Amarr Empire, whatever similarities may arise from that situation and the State conflict against the Federation are really beside the point for the Caldari State has never made it a mission to intercede in the struggles of others if there is no benefit.
So, since the Caldari started a war to liberate Caldari Prime, it’s totally legal for the Federation to raid Caldari space and subject Caldari citizens to horrific torture in FIO black sites? I mean, that’s the logically-consistent position to take.
Of course, that also ignores the fact that Empire started the war on the Day of Darkness. And before you blather on idiotically about ‘that was in the past’, so was yesterday. Wars only end when everyone involved agrees they’ve ended, and clearly, we had not agreed.

Engagement and making you upset is what she is after. It is far more prudent to deal with misconceptions with other people than to try and dispute every inane inflammatory post she makes.
I very much understand where she thinks she gets the authority. She thinks she has the authority because she thinks she’s an actual commissioned officer of the Caldari military. Which, of course, she’s not. She’s an independent mercenary who’s enlisted in the State’s militia program. However, what she’s just so pathetically desperate to not admit is that all that the militia means is that she’s been issued what amounts to a Letter of Marque and Reprisal.

It’s telling, though, that she can’t actually give the names of superior officers in the actual Caldari military (ie: not the militia) to whom her militia group is directly answerable, nor is she capable of even citing her pay grade. Because of course, she has none. She’s not really in the employ of the State military, she’s just a mercenary, a privateer. A pirate with a license.
If she were more, she could cite her pay grade. She could cite her chain of command. She could even provide documentation of these things. She could definitely do more than scream like a stuck pig and wave around empty threats of violence or court proceedings. But she won’t. Because she can’t. And she knows it. Even if she can’t admit it to herself.
And just to have it said: I understand everything you’ve said, despite the reverse not being true. I simply have no reason to respect your wishes. So listen to your Mistress Remi, and block me, Diana, because I’m not going away.
