Atleast I have some semblance of an Ego. And haven’t had it subsumed by the will of a monolothic plutocoracy that cares nothing for anyone. But fine. I’m not the one who echoes all the most repugnant tropes they’ve had beaten into them without a shred of self awareness. Atleast I haven’t become a mere tool for an external tool for the State. Killing whoever it tells me to without a single thought as to whether it might be wrong. But fine. If that’s how you see the world being a Rat is better than I could have hoped for if I don’t have to be a Dog.
I feel like this latest bout of tit-for-tat is unfairly insulting to both dogs and rats. Both can be intelligent, loyal, well-behaved and generally enough a pleasure to be around to serve as an example to some people.
Directrix Aspenstar owns a Sarum Shepherd of considerable bulk (and fluffiness) whose only fault is that he can be rather insistent on making friends with people. He’s actually the calm one compared to the other, younger one. I’ve been knocked over by the two of them during their public displays of affection in the Lamp more times than I care to admit.
That’s why I’m more of a cat person - they’re still large enough to serve as cuddly, portable/self-propelled heaters, but aren’t nearly as likely to cause me blunt trauma while saying hi.

@Anna_Stjornauga, do you understand now why she is not worth engaging with? Can you admit that a few occasions of civility toward you does not invalidate her racism toward the rest of us?
One day, capsuleers will realize that the only way to stop her is to stop feeding, replying to, and humoring her. And that day, we will all feel much better when we log into capsuleer channels.

A dog can be loyal and obedient. Trained to fill a variety of roles useful to society. Can function well as part of a team to survive. Love their families unconditionally, and will sacrifice their own lives courageously if it is required.
They’re also adorable.
I’m not sure as far as animals go if Caldari being compared to a dog is all that insulting in my view.

I was more referring to what the irony was. With regards to what you said, while in your opinion it may hold true the audience at large doesn’t agree. So to the majority that would be racist.

It’s interesting that CRC has all sorts of arbitrary rules about capsuleer communications, but it does not prohibit one being an obnoxiously racist POS like a certain self-styled commander is.

The fact that they haven’t says far more about the quality of the CRC and its arbitrary rules than about that POS that I will not name again.
