There’s no more preposterous idea that I could think of than that Arsia would need defending on this. She was right. She knows she was right. She knew it then. And time has proven it.

I do not believe this discussion is served by either praising or condemning a certain deserter’s personal choices and opinions. She chose to be removed completely from this matter and I suggest we respect that. We have carried on with what she abandoned, and we are no worse for it.
