Ongoing login issues!

Checked after DT to see if fixed, of course its not working. And no answer on the support ticket.

However I could make it work with a VPN connecting from another country… so I’m guessing it is a regional ban. Hope it gets fixed soon, VPN slows down my connection.

Ah yes back to the days of the server being down for DAYS. So much eye candy still in the wrapper.
What did you do during the time of paying for something and not getting service?
How many complaints did you file…and got a response to? Anything direct or just the usual “thanks for paying”

Super frustrating does not even come close to describing the communities anger.

I can confirm that I’m unable to login…

… because I get roasted in the sun by the pool and I have no PC with me.

@Ima_Wreckyou I changed my port settings and got on. Same shyte as everyone else. Also, try a VPN connection from another country. Better than waiting for our game overlords to catch up, lol. o7

I was ingame untill 3 mins ago, all toons kicked out, and unable to connect to login server

There’s other online games with similar issues atm. Seems it’s not EVE specific.

We did no such thing; but our network traffic is currently being scrubbed by our DDoS Mitigation partner.

So we can provide that information to our DDoS Mitigation partner for analysis.

It is possible that our DDoS Mitigation partner has reason to block your ISP and/or limit the traffic coming through your ISP.

We appreciate it if you could send us a support request, in particular including your external IP address. Possibly our DDoS Mitigation partner is blocking your ISP and/or limiting traffic coming from/through your ISP, which is something your ISP should look into.

What information do you need in that request? Is it enough to provide IPs to get them whitelisted?

This should tell you your external IP address: http://www.whatsmyip.org/

Simply typing “What’s my IP?” into Google will also tell you.

Heh, so what is it called if the DDoS mitigation partner is the cause of Denial of Service? DDoSMDoS ?

Can’t connect to the Login Servers from Western Germany using Unitymedia as ISP. Can only log into forums over mobile phone using LTE.
