Based on the common definition I guess CCP should sell retirement packages for 50 thousand PLEXs. Once you cough up the money to buy that many PLEXs you will be awarded with a “I have Won EVE” badge on your character and you will no longer be able to log in with that character.

I wouldn’t say that building at faster rates is not a pay to win, people in lower sectors can build faster then I because they have taken the risk of going to other areas of the game, if I started buying plex to turn into isk to “pass or catch up” then that’s pay to win on my part, but then that’s not really winning in my thinking.

Pfffff, where do you people get this stuff? I’ll have you know that I once personally slew the same bot eight or nine times in a row. Such it my conviction, sir.
If CCP hit the bot accounts, then surely this becomes a self-correcting issue.
If the Wardecs are funded by bottling and the bottling stops, the Wardecs will stop.
If the Wardecs aren’t funded by bottling, then they’ll continue, completely in line with valid gameplay.

Some players are easier to catch than bots, they watch local for a start.

Furthermore, it doesnt really matter what the botted isk has been used for, unless its RMT. Botting is the violation in this issue, alongside possible complicity by others.
CCP is ambiguous on whether they act against complicity by others to another players violations.
