Yea me neither. The first proposed fix (verifying cache) didn’t do anything.

This bug is on their side I suppose.

it is, it happened most likely after the last update. Cause when I changed from having a beret, to the cap im wearing, it was before the patch.

they have in my bug report… they asked me to clear the cache and i explained further that, that wasn’t the problem… haven’t gotten a response back yet.

Doesn’t look like CCP is aware of this bug.

Maybe after a couple of months the combined complains gain enough momentum to make CCP aware, but when it’s just a couple veterans and the newest rookies with this issue, I guess it’s not important yet.

Same issue - keep recapturing fresh images and won’t save - doesn’t show in game or on forums, for me at least.

AND PORTRAIT UPDATES ARE STILL BUGGED

Rookie chat is more and more filled with faceless rookies. CCP do something.

Edit: It seems today’s update fixed it. Thanks CCP!

(but I would have loved some acknowledgement of the bug in the mean time. A simple ‘we know’ would have sufficed. There is a list of ‘known issues’ for a reason, I think.)
