Use strategy bro when the guy updating his order has 100 of that item sell 10 and 0.1 constantly and he will do the same he will run out of money becuase of the tax’s you won’t then when he is dead and out the market you win.
Personally I dont 0.1 I look at the 2 week flow and set my prices accordingly and in 2 weeks it sells for a good price.
#179: Opportunity may bring profit, friendship rarely does.
I can talk all day just by quotting the Rules of Acquisition
Which translates to EVE in:
-since there are less players now, maybe we should go experience some parts of EVE we didn’t experience yet… and profit from it
Yes that is off topic, please only speak about the topic no matter how boring, trivial and un-inpactful these threads or topics are or how little you say is actually influencing anything so please enjoy this block that I bistro apon your post.
Well, EVE’s advertisements are very misleading. They promise you amazing adventures, great battles, lots of professions to choose from and so on. But what you get are hours upon hours of moving between gates doing nothing, boring pve gameplay which feels like it was deliberately designed for bots rather then real people, “great battles” turns onto hours of tidi and pressing F1 when you told so while staring on screen full of blue/grey/red triangles and squares. Not even mention the horrendous UI, CCP somehow manage to make even worse every now and again (which is achievement by itself).
Ok, sorry for offtopic rant, couldn’t hold myself. Fact is, EVE was designed for playing with many people, but for reasons others (notably Ursula_Anders and Kezrai_Charzai) already mentioned, turns into game in which you either have no people to play with, or do not want to play with people. That how EVE become a game you can’t play w/o alts (technically you can, but wouldn’t want to).
Yes. I know you can have genuine good fight and even find gameplay you enjoy, but I was speaking about disparity between ads and actual game. Most obvious of them, at least.
It’s the same for every game thou haha and I think at this point in time no one expects a game to be exactly the same as the cinematic.
Even movie trailers these days are the same when you watch the actual movie you realize the trailer literally took 60% of all the action and shoved it into a tiny time frame.
People complained onthe Elite Dangerous forums about trailer disparity even though everything that was in the trailer could literally be done except for standing looking at your ship, and then they put that in too.
This has been my point for a while now.
I don’t know / care how precisely resources are allocated. I can only say what I see and feel in game.
And it feels like the consequences of wrongly prioritized arrangements and apparent biased/personal positions that end up ruining the game’s proposal, which in the end, is what sucks players off of it all.
I see people mentioning or referring to players as motto for decline in numbers. Please, keep in mind that everything happening within a closed environment is just because the gatekeeper allows it. Oh, and there is no such thing as abuse, there is just poor coding.
