Kinda no, kinda yes. I just can’t point/rat out the situation as I want them to keep that sense of humor.
But I’ve paid more attn to the ISD since ISD Batman missed breakfast to moderate the blackout mess.
They can pick and choose where to close a thd to make a point.
Oh… well I thought they could do that from the first day I got here 
I know nothing about forum moderation but I imagine they have online tools at their disposal to help them in their tasks.
And here we go again off topic plus discussing moderation and I’ll get another slap on the wrist… I promised a thoughtful effort so I guess this is it, me making an effort to rekon when I’m off topic.

They’re volunteers and they’re doing their best to keep this zoo under control so I’m not going to complain and if I do lose my patience, it has nothing to do with any of them.
holy hell, this game has become boring. the low population is making hunting tedious and painful. half the time i’m logging off feeling frustrated.

This is where it can change.
If I may tell a little story about a game called Age Of Empires
They use to have a lobby where we would all join and we would click on a game that is waiting or start our own. Now there was waiting but players in that lobby were there for a reason, to find a match.
This culture can be applied to Eve Online where Pilots join a channel preset up like incursions (pve) have it so give PVP a channel where Pilots can book fights as you call it. I am sure there are already networks of Capsuleers who already do this in Lowsec but not every Pilot knows or even would be invited to join the lowsec pro circle and this is where a channel is dedicated to Faction Warfare is needed.
Pilots who opt into FW after the next patch need to be shown the door. I mean the door to Faction Warefare and not just stargate jump about searching for fights.
