Is it allowed to make a russian account with a VPN and buy the cheper subscription?
For almost half the price even a character transfer to the russian account would be worth.
Western europ is wealthy enough to have full price. CCP decides who pays how much. Not many players in Russia would pay western price. So CCP lowers prices and earns more, because more peoples pay.

Honestly, thats not my problem and I donât care that much.
Iâm sure that the russians are hard working people and I wish them to earn much more than they do right now.
43% is a big deal, you wonât get that ever in the EU. If itâs not against the rules, I would take that deal.
Probably only filing a support ticket can get you an assured answer to that question.
