Posting this because CCP wont

I provided you quite the list why it might be beneficial, you did not even address it. Sorry if there wasn’t something in the list that convinced you. As for me, I’m no longer convinced you actually want an answer, so instead of wasting my time, maybe if you are actually interested look somewhere else, I just leave you with a link to a video that has some starting points about why this all is very important for “the little guy”

You literally ignored my questions, so whatever advert you want to send, I cant imagine it will answer those questions either.

Im just going to go with “It doesnt help anyone but the already rich” and leave it there.

Dude, I tried to answer it. Just because you don’t accept the answer or think it doesn’t answer your question doesn’t mean I ignored it or made no attempt to answer it. I’m not sure what you think you gain by reacting the way you do.

Im not the one being defensive about someone not accepting an evasive non-answer to legitimate questions.

They arent for the little guy and thats fine. Neither are yachts or buildings or racehorses, thats why they are owned only by the rich.

I honestly thought Clinton got rid of those laws, so the banks could have a “freer” market.

Note how people in countries where this scheme is working don’t have much use for bitcoins, except for gambling? It is only in countries where MMT and cartel banking have crumbled that the cryptocurrencies are really in use.

People are logical, in spite of much opinion to the contrary. People aren’t going to willingly switch from a system that is guaranteed by uncle government to some currency that still has all the wires exposed and that the government doesn’t even like.

■■■■■■■ tell me about it!
I’m a US expat retired in Argentina, and still working part-time as an online EFL instructor.
Uncle Sam puts my SS money in my US bank account. The platform where I teach online puts my pay in my US PayPal account. I then have the delightful task of trying to move that money here to Argentina, which can be a fornicating nightmare of labyrinthine bureaucratic complexity.

Online verification systems make no allowance for expats, none. So trying to buy bitcoin online is like…I have no words.

Argentina has the most complex, incomprehensible banking laws I have ever seen.

What I call “trying to collect my pension so I can pay my effing rent”, is in some government quarters suspected of being “money laundering” or some crazy ■■■■.

So why don’t you just use Bitcoin? It sounds like it would solve all your problems.

I said above - “Online verification systems make no allowance for expats, none. So trying to buy bitcoin online is like…I have no words.”

The exchanges are not setup to allow expats; the verification systems flag my attempts to use the exchange because my bank is in USA and I am in Argentina. And customer service won’t even talk to me. It’s frustrating beyond words. And that’s just on the buying side. The selling side has its own set of obstacles. BELIEVE ME, I have tried!

VPNs don’t work?

I don’t know anything. I am just surprised because your use-case sounds like exactly what all the crypto-fans are saying is their primary objective.

And that’s the difference between theory and reality.
Although, to be fair, Argentina is something of a special case.

Did it hurt, dum-dum?

Maybe open a dictionary and read up about the meaning of each term next time. If you did it this time, you would’ve understood that an expatriate temporarily lives in a different country, while an immigrant moves there permanently, and wouldn’t have made a fool of yourself in public.

Merry Christmas!

Maybe open a dictionary and read up about ad hominems and the meaning of forum rules.

Mr Epeen :sunglasses:

Like the ones you openly bragged about ignoring during those couple of years of ban evasion?

Entertaining.
My guess is that NFT are the building blocks of META and CCPs virtual worlds.
@Arianne_Kass may just get to see her trophy room through an Oculus Rift.
These are dangerous waters no doubt @Lauralite_Anne_Brezia, some of dragons painted for us navigators to negotiate are going to bite hard. Yet for a few the ship will come in.
Scuttlebutt is; It will get easier if / when power is decentralised.

You aren’t supposed to watch all of it. You are supposed to watch the first 3 minutes and decide that you trust the guy. Then you go buy a bunch of Bitcoin.

You got to be Hilmar’s alt white knighting this shite.

NFTs are being hacked left and right.
