Certainly for anyone smaller than a bloc

The intent is in the right place (to give a bigger reward for shooting structures), but the execution is laughable.

Like, they couldn’t make this item a mineral sink?

I know this sounds terrible, and I promise I’m not racist or anything like that (I pretty much live in a Jewish neighborhood), but all I can think of when I see changes like this is that “happy merchant” meme with CCP’s logo plastered over the face, with a caption of “why don’t you join a null-sec alliance? all the good goyim do!”

Yeah, no I totally get you.

WHers are completely screwed… except for the Capital Nurseries, Im sure they can afford to keep them up.

Thats really funny, but discussing changes to the game, upcoming or current isnt spam.

Right, so its the mods duty to roll this into it.

But sure no, I get it.

Some people just have a chip on their shoulder.

Nullsec blocs can easily pay it. Not so long ago when you where given silly skins. They where given faction forts worth 50 billion by the hundreds…

Fine if you think thats how it is, Ill flag it for deletion

I’m describing a thought process that may have led to the flag of ‘spam’. Not saying your discussion is not worthwhile.

Ok, thanks, appreciated.

TBH though, theres nothing I can add that the other thread doesnt already have. Just might be easier to discuss it.

I can see both sides of the thought process behind centralized discussion of proposed changes:

On the one hand, centralizing puts all of thoughts in one place so folks don’t have to dig around to find relevant info.

On the other, the centralized threads are often massive and hard to keep up with.

I don’t think either approach is perfect, but, CCP has established the first path and we’re stuck with it right now. I think it is worth discussing that situation (the requirement to centralize update discussion) - I believe the Forum Feature Requests area would be a suitable place for that discussion?

Yeah CCP… Cool…
What’s next?

Hyperfuel for able ships warp???

"Put some fuel to your ship or it’s unable to fly. You can buy it on stations x/y/z for xxx ISK. That is to say that the Hyperfuel will drop 100% of the time from a ship’s explosion."

:man_facepalming:

Did you realize that you literally mark every Cit owner with crosshair on his back?
Cuz every cit will now carry 100% drop 600+ kk loot.
Hi-sec raiders even before is pain in the ass 24/7 blackmailing cit owners for isk.
And now it’s become a f***ing routine.
Kill the cit, get your 600+ kk with 100% chance. Izy pizy isk  :raised_hands:

What’s wrong with you CCP?..

What can one say, other than welcome to the age of chaos.

Sniff sniff

Not sure if this smells like a rant or a whine.

I’m not against the chaos.

But when you literally erase ALL average players from one of the core activities is not good.
I’m kept some cits for over a year before raiders start terrorizing me.

Now having a citadel is impossible for usual player because of this.

What makes you think a single player should be able to own, support and defend a “station” like that?

“citadels are supposed to replace POS”.

can i have a step by step guide on how to exploit this change ?

Yea, that’s kinda the situation I’m stuck in too. More concerned about the fact it’ll probably make people wanna bash my structure, than the upfront cost added. Going from 1.2b for a fitted Astrahus (without rigs) to 1.8b though, not a big fan of that either
