Please, do make a how-to video! I’d be genuinely interested in how you manage to pull off those rewards from L4 missions.

I’m writing with in a new-player’s point of view because these changes are going to hit them more than anybody else.
So now, how’s a new player supposed to reach lvl4 missions when his costs are gonna shoot up sky-high just to replace a ship or buy a module ? Is he supposed to mine in a free corvette with civilian modules ? ( which is exactly what I’ll up doing once I’m back on Alpha, lol )

THAT ^^^is exactly what EVE ends up being, a Space Hauling game.
I started to question my subscription when I ended up jumping gates moving stuff around/staging more than I did anything else.
Seriously, 15 bucks a months to jump gates in a freighter all day?? And THAT’s FUN ? Haha gimme a break.

You weren’t banned, so this is an out & out lie.
Yes you had posts deleted in that thread, basically everyone did since at times the ISD’s were taking out 60+ posts in a long reply chain when they’d take out an original post. Also you did tend towards offensive posts near the end of that thread, so of course some of those got taken out, where you outright accused ISD & CCP of bias. Which… breaks forum rules in a big way. The thread was about general discussion, not for repeated accusations.

Yes… They aren’t. That’s why this WHOLE thread is FULL of players who have posted in here for the first time, many of them, writing how their gameplay has been ruined and they’re done with EVE, because those changes are going to benefit them, right ?
In case you didn’t know, hauling is a part of the game too. Yes this is a buff to haulers, they’ll get a lot more opportunities now.

Yes, but when we went to that old system in 2003/2004 it did not produce the effect that CCP wanted. Low Sec didn’t flood with prospecting miners, and while PvP ticked up in the short term, it didn’t last, and the increasingly obvious failures of this system led to the 2013 changes. We’re literally repeating the mistakes of the past as though somehow this time will be different.

No it’s still the same game it was before, except there will be a little more hauling. That’s a playstyle too, you know, so there will be people happy to haul your stuff for you for some ISK.
OH I see. It’s only a couple guys with sock-puppet accounts saying they’re done with EVE.
Well, I’m glad no one is leaving the game. I got worried there for a second.

My prediction. The big one making a route form null to high sec and make them dominat. After this they will implemant a rent system ( over meta gaming, not as know in null sec) and clearing these systems from players that arent blue. New players can uncover this meta gaming in the first time.
It’s almost like the update isn’t being made to increase PvP.
It’s being made to solve the industrial issue what has been happening as a result of the 2013 changes.

They will haul nothin’ for me because I’ll have nothin’ to haul. I’ll just go around in a free ship and fool around in Null as an Alpha. If anything, I’ll see more of New Eden than I have ever seen before.
A little space tourism isn’t so bad. The game is beautiful after all.

As a side-effect of these changes I can see more mining happening in low sec, and more hauling happening between all regions. That could increase PvP.
Why do you make it sound like it’s terrible for the game that hauling exists?
I don’t like hauling, just like I don’t like ratting. I don’t do either and make my ISK another way. Some people may like hauling, so I’m happy for them that there will be more work for them as a result of this change.

Yes, I’m also happy that some people will find their joy hauling crap around for some isk, whatever floats their boat, eh? Sorry, that’s not what I’d pay 15 bucks a month for.
