Im doing it with my normal event gila, just stuck a data analyzer instead of invuln, almost no tank is required anyways, and a salvager in my spare high slot for the overmind.
easiest event yet, and accelerators and augmented drone and mining bpcs dropping like crazy.
this is about 2 hours of running sites, plus the Rogue Drone battleship BPC rewards from points.

Yeah, we need more people to play around with then to see how good the drone actually is.
Regarding subverted, its indeed took 20 bandwidth. Though it need medium drone skill as prerequisite.
Its like Gecko. Heavy drone skill but needs double bandwidth.
I dont know if its a medium version of gecko, though. I leave the speculation on each of us.
All in all dont have too many complaints about the event. But when you go to a site and see people there, with one guy just sitting there with analyzer on the overmind container, doing nothing.
And as it stands, when someone is hacking it, no one else can. With the unlimited time you can sit there with the analyzer on, doing nothing, this creates a frustrating situation since they dont wanna do it 'cause they are scared of not getting the final blow on the BS spawn.
One way of course is to just sit there and bore the dude to death.
Disabling selling cerebrals is worst idea EVER.

Yeah, the market for drone parts will come under serious pressure this way. The drop rate for those from the Overmind salvage is not on par with the BPC’s.

It’s not meant for the Gila. The Gila is OP enough as it is, it doesn’t need a brand new ULTRA SUPER drone to push it beyond ridiculous.

The new drones bandwidth is doubled, but its damage multiplier is halved tho compared to a normal med. drone.
It’s funny, they mess up the market listing every time for some of the stuff for years.

Is it normal that the BS will suddenly disappear? I’ve scrambled it, it’s not warping out, it just disappears in front of me and did so in like 5 out of 6 or 7 attempts. That’s pretty annoying.
Edit: NVM. Looks like you need to spawn and kill it within some kind of time window. If you spend too much time shooting the waves and salvaging them, it’s likely that you exceed that time window. The more you know…
