Running for CSM next year:

:snort:

Im sincere and serious with a track record to prove it.

The only track record you have is one of being ignorant or consistently wrong about pretty much everything.

What would you do if I get elected CSM?

Would you quit EVE?

The same as I did when the current US president was elected.

Sit back and wonder at the stupidity and gullibility of people.

Would you be surprised if the majority of EVE players think that about the CSM past and present?

Do you begin to get it now?

I’d be surprised if you had evidence to support that statement. BTW silence from the silent is not evidence of anything.

@Salvos_Rhoska

I think you should look into others who have taken similar positions in the past and how, if any, they were successful. Those who wish to take power are molded by the same power they wish to wield. In order to obtain this position you must play the political games to get elected, and that will change you. If you wish to bash the system from the outside without following it’s rules you will find yourself with a headache and no damage done to the walls between you and the position of Power. Find some Keys in New Eden and play to what they want, get people who will not only follow your lead but do things for you, such as build a website with skills you may not possess, and build a following. Perhaps this thread will begin that from players who do not currently interact with the CSM system, but I suspect that those same players also don’t spend much time on the Forums as well so you will have to find other means to get your message out.

I have asked your stance on several issues and how you would affect changes, and what changes you would propose, and Personally I find your positions lacking. I am a member of Goonswarm and an avid Wormhole resident (I run a Wormhole Squad within the Swarm) I feel that I know many of the ā€œaverage massesā€ from my time as a Bombers Bar FC and the countless NPSI fleets I have flown in. Speaking form that moderate background I will tell you this. I know very few players (maybe 2 in all honesty) who would support the positions you have put forward. I will also make an effort of speaking against your candacy, as is my right as a paying player of Eve, as you seem very devotedly against my play styles and the playstyles of my friends. In addition as some free advice, not engaging at all with people you consider ā€œTrollingā€ is a more likely method of gaining support in the future than attacking people that have a large number of players that voted for them in the past and support their actions often enough to take their side by default.

That being said I wish you well in your attmepts as I very rarely enjoy the suffering of others (Outside game) though I will be very shocked if you recieve enough votes to be mentioned as anything more than an ā€œAlso Ranā€ in any future CSM elections.

I would not be surprised if the majority of EVE players are completely clueless, no. As a rule, I find the majority of humanity to be a bunch of drooling morons, so any subset of notable size will be, as well.

But then, you’d have to prove it, first, and your MO seems very light on supporting your assertions.

They made the website as a joke. They voted for me because they wanted me to represent them. There’s a difference. And it’s not like I campaigned on the idea that my friends like me enough to donate me a website. That would be dumb.

Yes, I’ve watched it. I spent nothing for a ā€œVote for Brisc Rabalā€ backboard, but I did spend $50 on the ā€œBrisc Rubal CSM XIIIā€ backboard that I used.

When you apologize to me for accusing me of lying and for questioning my integrity, I’ll be happy to leave your thread alone.

You avoided the question.

They arent voting, because they dont trust the CSM program to represent them, and see its ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– ā–  for what it is.

They havent had a candidate to change CSM, and if necessary, disband it.

Now they do.

Again, who’s that mythic figure you refer to?

Every. Single. Year.

Every single year, someone runs on the ā€˜disband the CSM’ platform. Claiming the playerbase has never had a candidate espousing changes to the CSM is just… either very, very dishonest, or amazingly ignorant.

I made a website for myself and a ā€œnot running for CSMā€ video.

Am I in trouble? Am I one of the good guys or the bad guys?

why not both?

I didn’t avoid it, I questioned the validity of the statement you made in the form of the question.

They arent voting, because they dont trust the CSM program to represent them, and see its ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– ā– ā–  for what it is.

How do you know this?
If, not when, you answer this, bear in mind that the majority of the people you claim to wanting to represent are generally silent and thus you have no idea of what they want.

They havent had a candidate to change CSM, and if necessary, disband it.

Actually they have, several; none of which have been elected to office.

I didnt lie about anything.
I still question your integrity.

You have done far worse here in my campaign thread, with you as seated CSM as voted by your friends by your own admission in your post above.

You will get no apology from me here, and I promise you, the more you persist the more you reveal yourself to my voters as exactly why they want CSM changed or disbanded.

It depends. Can you prove you did not receive both help and donations from your friends to create both the web site and the video?

Who are your voters, and how do you know what they want?
