Does anyone know if Eve players have ever hosted a ship parade or festival, kind of like a motorcycle festival where you come in your flashy ship with blinged out fitting, skins etc…and just fly around and take screenshots?
Has this ever happened?
If so how many players attended?
Would love to take part in something like this.
So, basicaly a suicide gank magnet event?
Not that I know of, but E:D players do this kind of thing a lot.
A big corp needs to step up to sponsor such an event.
Ask CODE, they might be willing
There is the once a year Amarr thing where some rich dude fights in a 20b ship against people in the system and dies in his loot pinata, I think it might be new years.
I mean a ship parade, not fighting or pvp at all…
you cant really controll that can you now?
It’d be nice to see, for sure… but it’d also be a total bloodbath, knowing our players.
Can we reverse safety at random for a day? Red is green and green is red?
I suggested Ship Display Hangar to view your ship collection. CCP also hinted they are doing some Ad Structure to show off your character, or as I hoped, your ship also.
What do AT Ship collectors do with them? Fly? Are they mad?
Which reminds us to remove cynos from low sec!!
I don’t see the purpose of such a “festival” ( could’ve attended the Sturgis motorcycle rally but didn’t, didn’t see a use for it beside pride and bragging ) but although I wouldn’t attend, hey why not. Knock yourselves out.
Low sec will never be rid of super’s unfortunately, small corporations will always be @#$@ on by massive alliances with their big toy’s its the way of eve.

Announcing a ship parade is basically announcing a pvp event. People will flock to it in their most pricy ships to get blown up for bragging rights. How else would you parade your blinged up fit?
The rumor is @CCP_Falcon wants to remove non-convert cynos from low sec.
Then he will be CCP Falcon, Hero of Low Sec
That sounds like a dream, but I doubt it will ever happen.
That’s some awesomeness there.
(If anyone else wanted to know, the song is “Hell March” by Frank Klepacki or Frank Klepacki and Tiberian Sons).
