i know the definition very well but you dont understand that an eve duel isnt a RL duel !
in eve you have a duel and you can do whatever you want ! the important thing in an eve duel is, you accept a fight until death without an interruption from concord !
you have to understand this and you can still cry that other ppl dont play fair … youre playing eve ! nobody´s playing fair ! and as i said you before … there is no honore in eve !

The “duel” mechanic in eve allows two pilots to agress without CONCORD retribution through the mechanism of the Limited Engagement Timer.
In any event, having witnessed the epic amount of salt you generate in local chat when your Hookbill gets dunked by a gatecamp, there’s nothing stopping you from doing the same.

Yep. Duels on livelier undocks one should assume a “neut” something or other is there.
This is why most out of empire homes I have been been said don’t be going to place like jita.
Even its only the 1 WT visible red in the area…they most likely aren’t alone.
Wanting duels, maybe ask a corpmate or join corps that have people who wnat to practice pvp. It can even work out better. Unless testing out hull tanking, usual gentleman’s agreement to shoot to hull applies. Who ever gets to hull first…lost lol.
