If in organized pvp, neutral alts go to these places. Or get your butt off the undock as fast as you can.
Its never jsut the 1 target. some dude is out there cloaking 5 or in a ship that can engage right after cloak drops. Or pulling this logi trick. Or has the alt they won’t give 2 craps about sec hits.
There are no “clean” fights on undock…like ever.
I’d say take it to a planet moon. that player would jsut get a nice fleet boost before the warp in lol. About as fair as you are getting. It used to be crap off grid boosting. So that actually got better.
A duel is just a limited engagement timer that allows you to fight each other in HS, just like you can fight other players in any other part of space without CONCORD interference.
If you want a honourable duel, a frigate duel, duel at the sun, tech 1 duel, no boosters duel or whatever artificial limits you put on yourself and your friends during the duel, can you not just tell your friend not to break whatever rules you set up?
If you cannot trust the other player to honour your self-imposed restrictions, why are you dueling them?
Maybe he’s dueling his alts and they always cheat.

Yes, ‘not multiboxing’ is indeed a self-imposed restriction.
The game does not disallow multboxing.
If you were to fight a friend ‘1v1 at the sun’ somewhere in null sec it would be your honour and not the game that stops you from bringing your alt to that fight if you have agreed with your friend that alts are not allowed, which is a self-imposed rule and not a game rule.
A duel in high sec space is exactly the same thing, except now you have to tell CONCORD that they should not intervene while you fight under your self-imposed rules.
This act of telling CONCORD ‘please do not intervene while we fight using our own rules’ is called a duel.

If the player you’re fighting for fun does not stick to the rules you agreed upon, why are you fighting them for fun?
no its not becaue only CONCORD dont interrupt your fight … every other player still can do ! and if you dont set some rules before you start a “duel” then you dont have to wonder if your oponent bring some stuff which help him !

You have a weird notion that enforcing certain things to be what they should be is bad. There shouldn’t be Frontline systems because it’s arbitrary and a sandbox game where players can make their own front lines. Or something.
