Ratting and hunting belts is fun. missions are ok to. i would like to be able to fly nicer ships than battlecruisers and have use of it, maby 0.0 space i dont know.

They are but sometimes and/or for some people ISK is of no concern either, so wasting it is no issue either in such cases. 
no I mean it only effect new lazy or stupid people in highsec and if u want kills there are other places u can go for it lol
