Every time you post I have to ask myself why you even play this game. Itās so very clear that you dislike the mechanics and what makes this game tick. Can the game be better, of course! I just find myself trying to protect this game against rupulsive public opinions such as the ones you and others here hold.
Like I really donāt mind logging into my old World of Warcraft account and giving you some gold to start you off if you wanted to try that.

A legend in your own mind, when you extrapolate to rules being broken, you are rather sad. What I gave was an opinion, what you suggested was that I was breaking a rule by pretending to be him.

So, not only does no one, who cares about game balance at CCP, care about what CCP Falcon thinks, heās also not an effective (aka good, because not being effective m3ans heās not doing a good job) Community Manager, and whatever he says in that regard doesnāt matter, because despite being the official spokesperson , he doesnāt speak for the company as a whole.

If you canāt communicate in a way without demeaning others, then I will have to ask CCP to step in.

This thread has gone so far off topic and into the weeds that it simply isnāt salvageable.
CCPās position on this is simple:

The heist broke no rules, and was a standard defection with the intention to cripple the target alliance, carried out within the game rules using normal game mechanics. This has happened thousands of times before with corporations and alliances in the history of EVE Online, and will happen countless times again.

We do not publicly discuss actions taken against individuals for breaches of our EULA, Terms of Service or other policies. The EVE Online forums are also not the place to discuss warnings, bans or suspensions.
