I think it comes with 26th update or a few days after. Preparation is kind of futile as we don’t know the details of the rules. However one thing is also important, all the Zorya vessels will get a massive buff in all parameters.

He’s fighting this fight without understanding the ramifications of a victory (which CCP does, to an extent, and is the reason he hasn’t won yet), and it’s kind of funny.

I can tell you from personal experience that you get a perma-ban for questioning American exceptionalism in this forum.
I never managed a ban for political stuff, although I reckon I got pretty close when an American player went off on one when I posted the Revocation of Independence on July 4 a few years back.
The outrage was strong in that one, it still is judging by how often he gets that way.
