Well yes, but that was a list made by players and released as an IC news article. Not a Dev blog.
Correct, CCP may just trolling, or players’ conclusion was right, or they liked the list to become real … it’s now time for a dev blog.

And that’s why I said to hold off on the salt for now.
If it turns out every lvl 4 mission hub & all the inter empire links get targetted, then sure, I’m not going to mind people being salty, I probably will as well, since as I’ve said above, it’s not an equal seesaw between highsec & lowsec, it’s not like FW at all.

Definitely with the amount of research being done, as showed in CCP stream about invasions, I think it would have a lot more sense is we will have influence on the status of system, and if it goes into low sec or not. Anything like invasion automatically giving system a low sec status seems like getting rid of oportunity to activate PvEers with something logical and reasonable.
