Problem is that with the size of group the entropy increases and they are less organized than smaller groups can be by default. Amount of energy to reduce entropy increases with size of group. Bigger groups have to aquire extensive knowledge and develop strategies for organizing themselves, it can take many years of gameplay to llearn how to organize the group efficiently.
They can be yes. But there is no profit to do so, so it’s pointless investment.
And it’s not much more work to move into low or null at that point for far greater profit.
The risk/reward is off for larger groups in highsec. And since reward can’t go up without other issues, risk has to go down for larger groups. Or systems have to be designed to not expect highsec to have large organised groups that can compete in low security.
And time/reward, more properly ISK/h.
end of story

Thank you for not judging and offering a choice.
Yep. It is the end of the story because it will never happen. Now GTFO and go back to WoW.
What is this WOW? People are so much into that game that they tell others to go play it?
I think it is you @Merin_ryskin that needs to stop playing WOW and return back to EVE!
The hell where we send farmer trash like you, who can’t cope with the existence of anything that would even slightly hinder their farming efficiency.
@Merin_Ryskin Mining inside New Eden is the perfect relaxation, perhaps you could undock an Venture someday and try it?
Have you considered using the self destruct button?
Anyway, you’re an alpha parasite so nothing you say matters.
@Merin_Ryskin The only time I would need to press the self destruct button is after losing a ship far from my resupply system.
I think you’re being a little too mean to WoW. The high-end raiding and PvP there is arguably more difficult than any content you can find in EVE with the exception of other players. A carebear can’t handle that game any better than this one, honestly. I’ve played it for a while, and there were always those people who show up to raids in quest greens, do a quarter of the DPS they are supposed to, and then complain when they don’t get any drops (after they cause many wipes). And then they go out into the world to collect herbs or whatever, get attacked by the opposing faction, and then complain about it in general chat and on the forums. And then they go to a PvE server, and go out into the world to collect herbs again, and some other player gets to them before they do, and they complain about that.
Carebear farmer trash is going to be carebear farmer trash anywhere. It’s a personal mental state, and not just a set of perceptions with regard to any game.

Anyway, you’re an alpha parasite so nothing you say matters.
Yeah I can multibox alpha pilots

I think you’re being a little too mean to WoW
OMG you do play that game, I was only joking. I am sorry.

I used to, but quit when it started getting a bit too casual. Moved on to the FPS survival genre for a while after that.
I prefer extreme difficulty in my games. If I don’t feel like the entire world is out to destroy me, and I don’t need to plan for absolutely everything and constantly be on my toes, I’m not having fun.
hmm Eve is very relaxing as of right now I am inside Raravoss shooting a Customs Office. Come join me if you wish.
I wanted to go check out what’s happening in the Trig system, but I have other hostilities going on at the moment. But I do need to socialize more to make new friends in EVE, because so many of the old guard have left.

So, push a lo-sec system into a >0.5 CONCORD response? lo-sec ore and anomalies but with retribution for ganking feels where it could be. It’ll be a mad rush of the risk adverse.
I don’t think it’s about some opportunity to get the higher rewards for lower risk. From what I’ve seen, it’s about fairness. If high can flip low, then low should be able to flip high. I couldn’t care less about shiny asteroids, the devs could turn all resources in the previously low sec system into normal high sec resource levels quite easily.
Trig players will likely get to have that feeling of accomplishment of leaving their mark on the star map by flipping a system to low. All that Edencom players will get is “saving” a system, just maintaining the status quo. It seems only fair for game play purposes that Edencom players get to have the same feeling of accomplishment of leaving their mark on the star map by flipping a system to high.
You are assuming this is meant to be an equal system, and not lead to a different outcome than the status quo.
I’m pretty sure the Edencom players are farming isk or something, otherwise they wouldn’t be participating.
Then that would mean that its totally scripted which CCP said on Sunday they don’t know how it will end.
Nope. Isk is random. Not a consistent payout to farm.
Now if you salvage…then the person doing it can make some isk.
And apparently new ore in sites for those that mine.
people doing the pewpew aren’t getting much isk wise…lots of fun paying out though.
