If they can’t allow my IP to connect, I can’t imagine how they’re fighting a DDos attack…
While traveling in null, i found that local seems to stick while switching systems.

My thoughts on it are due to no one being in those systems and the local dragged over to the next system.
Ummm that may be your windows firewall. Some folk have reported since the last Windows 10 update that the firewall had disabled that port. That is probably why I use linux. I don’t have to swim upstream against idiot assumptions. I still remember Norton reporting that ftp connections were the “Wincrash Trojan” just because both used the same port.

difficultés pour se connecter avec la double authentification.
Hier soir 5 tentatives sans succès. Aujourd’hui connexion possible à la 2ème tentative.
Maintenant ce système de double authentification est touché. Donc le problème s’aggrave.
@CCP : je suis en train de renouveler mes abonnements -> désolé mais le dernier risque d’attendre…
Je peux comprendre un problème qui dure quelques jours mais là en temps informatique c’est long très long sans solution viable ! Depuis votre rachat par Pearl Abyss il semble que vous ayez perdu en compétences : en effet abonné en Oméga depuis plus de 4 ans et demi je ne me rappelle pas que des problèmes aient duré aussi longtemps…Ou alors vous avez effectué des changements trop vite qui vous ont rendu plus sensible à des attaques sans prendre le temps nécessaire pour en appréhender les conséquences…

Was fine for 3 days - still having to manually log in but chat was fine (no errors or lost connections) - until yesterday. Now chat is AWOL. No error messages for failed connection attempts, no log entry for even trying to connect, just Nothing … all chat boxes empty. I can type and that echos to my window, but pretty sure that’s just a client thing.
Same here, chat totally gone. The rest seems to be fine.
Had me a lot of the same problems oh 6 months or so ago, that was a bad network on my side. Lag seems to do a lot of strange things to EVE.
Yeah I experience the same thing. The login box returns an error upon entering login details.

over several days/weeks i can’t play my 2 omega accounts properly 
i seriously consider to find another game - lost time and money on top
i love to play eve online and it’s a real pity but this is how it looks like at the moment

Yea…I’d say things are still FUBAR. Come on guys get it together. You can’t ask people to pay you their hard earned money and not uphold your end of the deal. I know you may not have the resources of a Blizzard or another big company but be open with what you are experiencing and the struggles you are having and your fan base may surprise you! They may even come to your rescue.
Tried to reply with my traceroute but seems a new user on forums can only post a max of two links. So if there is another way for me to get my traceoute to you please let me know.

Come on guys, you can simply admit you accidentally deleted that part of the database you never took the time to backup properly. We won’t judge you. As long as you give us free monocles, of course. Don’t be shy, we’ve all done that a few times. Setting up proper backups are a pain. Disks get full. Cron jobs fail without sending anything to the logs, sometimes. It’s ok. Just let us know.
And if it IS a DDoS … please let us know what you guys are doing about it exactly, so that people cease coming up with elaborate conspiration theories instead of simply waiting for your green light.
