Triglavian in regular belts all over eve?

This thread is hilarious.

The most fundamental issue of most people who complain about things is that they can not think about the necessity to think about things. Yet, for some reason, they’re the good guys.

I think Trigs spawning in Rookie areas is a bit too much. They also will enter high sec relic and data sites. I think it would be better if they didn’t enter those sites but instead maybe would enter the ice anomalies. Keeps it a little more dangerous and gives the lower skilled peeps some room as well. No point in making it too hard for the new players to make a little isk while they get some skills trained up. AND not make it too easy away from the starter areas.

They don’t.

1.0 systems are starter systems.
Any system outside of 1.0 is always full of danger, even lvl combat sites outside of 1.0 systems most noobe would have issues.

Anyone playing EVE should know with a short time of starting to play there is always a chance of loosing your ship.

CCP have always warned that if you undock you accept the fact you will loose your ship.

I AFK mine all the time, never been attacked by either code or triglavians… it’s just a lie. Eve is to easy.

I wish they’d somehow warn returning/new players about this feature. I just came back this past weekend and was shocked when I was mining in my Venture and a group of Triglavian rats showed up in 0.9 space. I’m fine with rats. I actually think they’re a fun diversion to mining and love sending my drones after them. However with this recon group I literally died in two hits. After that I wasn’t so much a fan of random encounters during mining. My character is new so losing a ship was demoralizing. It’d be different if I had actually stood a chance. It’d be nice if the encounters scaled some how to the players in the area.

there is a warning that appeared. now, jumped into an system with roaming Trig and conduits, and recieved a warning window about it, though was rushing to get to another system so didn’t read it (which most are most likely doing) and just clicked it close to get rid of the message.

my guess is most have been doing the same thing, “just another CCP stupid warning message” delete and move on!

As far as I know that is for triglavian invasions not scout patrols, the two are completely separate.

Yah it was a scout patrol, there was no system warning when I jumped in. I would have loved a warning. I have stumbled upon a system that was invaded with all the alien text on it… looked really cool too! However it was obvious I didn’t belong there and I quickly left. With the roving scouts you get no warning and in my case they jumped into the belt right on top of me and destroyed me in mere seconds. Absolutely no time to jump out. Maybe if they’d have targeted my drones first I’d have had a chance to escape.

No it was an none invasion system i jumped into.

Will double check it later today after work. But the system was 100% not an invasion system.

Unless its an early warning of an incoming invasion, as noted above didn’t read the warning window, just note the Trig warning

I agree 100%.

My experience is the same, will get a warning before jumping into a Triglavian Invasion system. There’s no warning for systems with Emerging Conduit exploration sites which is where the roaming Triglavian Scout packs are located.

To check for those I just open the scan window after entering system to see if those sites are listed. If so, then the roaming Triglavian Scout packs will also be in system.

Oh my gosh that makes so much sense and seems so straight forward. If only somewhere in the tutorial they’d mentioned that :woman_facepalming:. To confirm you can just open the scan window you don’t actually need to launch probes?

Yeah, you don’t need to have Probe Launcher fit to access the scan window. It shows all Cosmic Anomaly exploration sites which are 100% signature scan allowing all ships to warp.

Ok, checked the message.

Its a warning that you’re about to entry an conduit site. Very similar to the one you get when you’re about to enter an invasion system.

So yip there’s no warning about the roaming fleets.

You get the message when you initiate warp to the site, right?

Yes. Once you target it to warp.

Agree!

Dude, I landed my venture and saw the rats hit warp and they killed it before my venture could turn away in the belt. These things are just ridiculous! There was no indication they were there, no invasion and the regular rats were at other belts I was exploring. I hit the belt 10 in the system and bye bye. Stupid. No chance.

use MSE on your venture.

?What’s that?

well I guess that’s why you lose them ^^
