Of course, so can other skills. But I think everyone checks the market first, and the lack of NPC orders can induce people to think CCP did it intentionally. For sure someone out there will forget about skills on demand and end up hitting buy on one of those ridiculous orders without double checking the price. And it wouldn’t entirely be their fault.
Market seeding f-ups are nothing new on SiSi, but hitting TQ like this is just embarrassing and CCP really should rework that process.
Ran into a bit of a weird one. The laucher crashes out when verifying cache. In other words it shows the progress bar, but never got past that then everything vanishes from the task list and fails to start. However if I manually run the logl app that comes with the game instillation it works fine, so no possibility of capturing a log of the event.
Are you guys EVER going to fix this or even acknowledge that it is still broken? Or was the $40 I just paid you the last $$$ I have to worry about ever giving to you guys.
It’s ok man, just plex and buy the SEEDED fuel blocks like everyone else. This is the new era of EVE where industry doesn’t work, everything will be seeded on the market instead.
EBR-228017 is the bug report which contains all the info I have gathered so far. But a quick rundown of the math for Porpoise mining yield changes:

207.93 m3 per drone - exactly what was shown and gathered pre-patch
After the patch, with the same ship, same skills, same everything, the drones are only showing (and mining) 138.62 m3 / cycle. The numbers work out such that if you remove either one of the 50% increases to drone yield, from the Porpoise Role Bonus or Drone Interfacing 5, this number works out perfectly.
So either the role bonus was mistakenly removed along side the Orca (given they are the same class it would be easy mistake), or Drone Interfacing isn’t impacting drone mining yield any more, that is the only way to explain the sudden drop in drone yield from this patch.
i decided to do a couple of npc mining missions the ice mission worked fine but second mission i tryed (Not Gneiss at All) i cant use a cristle i get the message
the modulated miner ii will not activate its xxxxxx asteroid mining crystal type a ii is not calibrated to mine Green arisite
it worked using the base lazer with no cristle i tryed all type a ii cristles is this mission locked to t1 mining laser or is it still broken for t2 mining
Gas Harvesters don’t have an animation when they mine gas.
And I noticed in an incursion that some systems don’t populate with incursion beacons on the System Map while other systems do that just fine. I had to close the map and reopen it and then the map, and then I could not recreate the problem.
The Exhumers skillbook is not seeded anywhere anymore. I don’t see anything in the patch notes that it’s supposed to be not seeded anymore.
I just noticed that I can have online T2 strip miners with T2 crystals online even though I cannot use T2 crystals. The game only tells me that I cannot use the module with the loaded ammo when I want to activate it on an asteroid. The game should tell me visuallly that I cannot use the crystal (or any other ammo) by showing a red aura around the module (similar to the red aura that shows up in high sec when you set your Safety settings to yellow or green) to indicate that something does not work.
08:54:45 Notify Shining Bitumens is too far away to use your Modulated Strip Miner II on, it needs to be closer than 39.975 meters.
The game tells me that while my module tooltip tells me that my range is 40km and the rock that I locked tells me that it is 40km away. Can CCP please stop using Ceiling as rounding method and instead use Bottoming as rounding method because 39.9999999999 km are not 40km for the game’s mechanics even though the game tells me it is 40km in some places. This has been a problem since forever and only becomes ever more annoying.
Someone reported issues with broken graphics for corpses on reddit and now I get this on my Providence (Cold Iron skin active). After zooming out and back in, it was gone.
Is it just me or are the gates broken most of the time? I have to manually re-order my ships to jump after landing at a gate and it happens way too often. Pretty much the same with docking (in HS). Currently dualboxing.
It’s more than 2 months since reply and we don’t look any feedback or ingame changes yet.
