This answers must indeed be made by people socialised under the us corperation rules…corps in actually civilized countries like europe are supposed to reimburse their customers if a product is flawed…

No. We fully agree that it’s ■■■■ and taking way too long. We also realise that crying and stamping your feet doesn’t change nor solve anything, that’s the modern disease. Instead of pouting, screaming, crying and acting like a 5 year old we just make it work and rely on our own capabilities. We also see opportunities, not just issues.
