Iām not disputing that people were against the āstarvation periodā CCP decided to do it anyway, and the way they did it.. thatās what Iām questioning.
Iām saying that in the current form, the starvation period is not really efficient, itās an obstacle that is bypassed with isk,.
basically, it sounds like such a cliche.. but the poor/new players are paying for the starvation whilst the rich are getting richer.
All I know is @Brisc_Rubal has been trying to get them to stop the scarcity. But yea when you have CCP rats ass who doesnāt care about us, whatcha gonna do?
Iām pretty sure they care about the players, thatās why itās so frustrating to see them going down a route that is counter-productive to their stated goals, over and over again.
And Iām very doubtful the CSM help the game as much as they help themself and their own agendas, lol, like all the CSM pretty much had āI care about PVP vote for meā? Were there any space-politicians that cared about PvE, not ājustā industry?
At least Iām pretty sure that the ālittleā driving factor behind everything that is PVP, industry, market and EVE at large, is infact pve.
Sure there has been improvments regarding pve - but they are nerfed by other related things.. so in fact there hasnt been much improvments, just āneutral changesā.

I agree, as a member of the player base, we should care about getting others in game, even those who whine and ā ā ā ā ā and want things changed, we should help them adapt not scream āGTFOā like majority of the people on the forums/reddit do.
I havenāt really spent much time thinking about these āIām gonna quit -go ahead!ā posts, butā¦ I feel that Iām lacking accessibility in this game. I wonder if they too are frustrated about accessibility?
Adapting to changes is important, but there is always one constant in eve and thatās is other people and their gate-camps.
IDK? feels like the bases of those arguments are along the lines of: āI donāt deem itās worthy to invest this(time) to gain that outcomeā vs āIāve already invested this to gain that, so why shouldnāt you have to?! lol GTFO.ā

Nowhere in CSM docs is it mentioned that elected members have any obligations to represent any group. They are only expected to be competent players, a focus group who under NDA are shown a bit more than what there is on Singularity, a little foresight. CSM is not IRL political election. They are not getting comparable political power.
What @Brisc_Rubal and @Mike_Azariah do with gathering forum feedback is totally self imposed and IMO underappreciated by the community. Acting like entitled Karen wont help you to be heard or taken seriously by anyone.
Why arent you poking the other 8 guys. Cause you probably know what the answer will be.
Then again, on several occasions @Kenneth_Feld took credit for new industry. Feldustry as reddit called it. And he was actually blackmailing and intimidating that things will only become better in the next patches if he is reelected, otherwise theyāll have to start it over.

CSM is CSM it is not ccp or pa.CCP mostly doesnāt listen to csm .There is a lot of ex csm members that werenāt happy when they interacted with ccp ,and their passion for the game faded away .What @Brisc_Rubal and @Mike_Azariah are doing is not a bad thing ,they are active csm members and they fight for what they believe .About the quote if they will be taken seriously by anyone that is your opinion ,i can tell u this , respect is earned in game and in real life.About @Kenneth_Feld ,i totally agree with you ,but he was interacting with the devs that made the industry patch ,and he was pretty good selling his ideas ,making some trillions in the process and eliminating competition ,but people vote for him, this is not the first time a csm member did that.But everybody can agree that taking action is better than waiting for the inevitable .There is a lot of talk about the numbers of the game going down and the game is having huge issues,some people say that is just a conspiracy theory or it is not based on facts.Well people who play the game can see what happened to their corp mates or the activity in space , people say it is covid summer etc ,but keep in mind there was a huge immigration from serenity to tranquility server ,if u didnāt have that imagine the numbers . The thing is , eve community is taking this to the next lvl .You are the player base ,you do not own the game or ccp .You do not have to report to the share holders .The time you invest in this game does not give you any right to any of the planing of the game , that is ccp job.If ccp want to have cpu 10k players it is their decision.If ccp want to put plex adverts every where it is their decision .If you do not like it go play another game ,vote with your wallet blablabla , but in the end it is the only decision that a player have . And about the plex adds etc i am pretty sure a lot of people would actually pay with real money to skip the endless grid to buy a ship and go pew pew ,people just don t have that time this days ,and it is hard to make isk , the prices of all items have went up , that is why you see rmt sites popping up left and right .

Iām sure Brisc can fight his own battles. He does not need a white knight rushing to his defense. And I donāt see the other CSM being patently rude to players who ask them questions, or I might say something.
And if my statements mean so little to this process, why do you take time to respond? If you respect Brisc acting like a child by trash talking folks who donāt support his views, thatās your choice. I do not, and thatās mine.

You can be civil and render an argument. Those are not mutually exclusive. You choose to act in a douchey manner toward your fellow players. Some people admire that. Iām not one of them.
Said differently, whatever you may help get done or try to get done, no matter how beneficial you and I feel it is to the game, the ends donāt justify the means.
My issue isnāt with your platform. Itās with your attitude.
I want a Venture that has a school bus skin and on the sides, front and back it should say in bold black letters āLife is too Short Busā.
Just once I would love it if concern trolls like you would lecture the people attacking me, rather than getting upset when i respond to them.

And here I thought ISD was supposed to regulate these types of personal attacks. That may not apply to CSMs and those who support them of course.
