I’m going to eat beef and veggies skewers with rice and sweet-sour sauce. I will drink pineapple juice with that and it’s going to be so good!

Too bad I ran out of likes.
For new year’s we had the regular:
Chicken au gratin


white rice
and
Carrot hors d’oeuvre

Result:
3 and a half days of food poisoning due to undercooking the chicken. :sweat_smile:

Have to really be very careful with chicken, LordOdysseus, it’s dangerous if you don’t cook it well.

I once went to Taco-Bell and had bad chicken. I was sick for 8 days, almost died.

yes, its a gratin mountain dish made of reblochon cheese, potatoes, onion and local bacon. Really delicious :yum:

I didn’t know the cheese so I looked it up.
Reblochon is a soft washed-rind and smear-ripened French cheese made in the Alpine region of Haute-Savoie from raw cow’s milk. It has its own AOC designation. Reblochon was first produced in the Thônes and Arly valleys, in the Aravis massif
I will go and buy some and see what dish I can use it in. Thank you, Ogun.
