The main thing to remember is that after every single recession, there is a recovery. It becomes a matter of how economically painful it ends up, and duration. The last Great Recession transitioned into one of the biggest economic booms in recent memory for many.
I am not trying to minimize the suffering that results from recessions, but now there are questions when combined with an ongoing epidemic… How many people die directly from recessions vs epidemics? What value do we place on those lives lost? If we do place a monetary value on those lives, how much was it? Were those lost lives worth the economic losses? What would have been the maximum amount of lives lost if no interventions and lock downs were put in place? How much would the maximum amount of lives lost have affected the economy? And probably many more grim questions… Once the epidemic is over, there will be answers, the experts will do all the math and sadly the resulting data will be politicized and twisted to fit narratives from all sides…

I was hospitalized on January 2, 2020, due to problems from wearing an N95 mask improperly, and, without enough safety precaution.
The mask did what it was supposed to do, and intended to do, however, because I use cotton gloves to protect my hands against dust, and used those gloves to remove the mask, and used those gloves to place the mask back on, it got dust added to it.
The have the dust on the outside only would not have caused me problems.
The problem was that I touched the mask inside the mask with the dirty gloves, which caused me to inhale the dust, since they were inside the mask.
Now, of course, I didn’t directly touch the mask inside, but even touching the mask on the outside at the edges was enough for that dust to spread on the inside part, enough to breathe in.
I did get infected.
It was not a SARS-CoV-2 infection, however, it was a bacterial infection.
I was on antibiotics ivy for 2 days following this.
I was also late in the hospital by about 2 days, since I went to work sick, on the last day, on December 31, 2019.
So, I could have gone to the hospital that day, get a sick day off work, and heal faster.
I didn’t go on January 1, 2020, as I was resting from the work day that I was sick, which made me more tired.
I managed to go to the hospital emergency on January 2, 2020, very tired, but, with enough energy to go.
