What do you miss about Eve that is now gone?

I enjoyed it. It had potential. Plenty of room for improvement, but instead it got deleted.

There was no walking in stations. It was one room. You could look in a mirror, stare at your character’s ass, or look at your ship through a window. That was it..

Do you miss space walking too?

You are incorrect!

You could ABSOLUTELY walk around in the Captain’s Quarters!

Sure.

Sure. It’s been a while. You could meet me in deep space and try your luck.

Don’t be like that. I may have an alt in your alliances. Backstabbing is part of the game. No one wants a fair pvp in New Eden. Playing Dirty is My favorite Gameplay .

You’re talking to the wrong people.

Era of Artificial Intelligence - Out Of Pod Experience - EVE Online Forums

Based on Lydra Victor’s activity on the EVE Online forums, their self-described goal is to act as a disruptive force within the game. They identify as “the Joker of New Eden,” stating, “I just want to see New Eden burn.” This suggests an intent to challenge or undermine the established structures and norms of the game’s universe.

Lydra Victor critiques the moral foundations of EVE’s in-game societies, asserting that “New Eden society is inherently flawed and that the Empires, alliances, Corporations, and Capsuleers are inherently immoral with rules and moral codes being a social façade.” This perspective indicates a desire to expose or exploit perceived hypocrisies within the game’s political and social systems.

In summary, Lydra Victor’s overarching goal appears to be the destabilization of New Eden’s societal structures, aiming to provoke change or highlight flaws through disruptive actions.

But Did I do the right thing supporting the Papi Alliance. I just want The Mittani to be kicked out from Delve not for him to return to a NPC corp and and living like a miserable pinata bot in wormholes. Wow, I miss that character. I thought, He would rise from the ashes.

Even given these facts?

The most widely discussed controversy involving The Mittani occurred during EVE Fanfest 2012, when, while serving as Chairman of the Council of Stellar Management (CSM), he made a public comment about another player that was widely considered inappropriate. The incident led to significant community backlash, a temporary suspension from the game, and his subsequent resignation from the CSM.

Years later, in 2022, additional concerns were raised within the Goonswarm Federation, then under his leadership, regarding how internal misconduct allegations were handled. These events contributed to his resignation from alliance leadership and his decision to step away from EVE Online entirely.

Since then, The Mittani has maintained a low public profile within the community. His departure marked the close of a long and influential chapter in EVE’s political history.

Begging passers-by in local in a wormhole for days after being stranded having forgot my probes again

It had a TV which was able to play video clips from local folder on PC. I used to put some explicit videos on it and enjoyed the show while ship spinning. :face_with_hand_over_mouth:

The forum discussion around the introduction of warp to zero was peak EVE. And the reason wasn’t even altruism, it was that people were buying containers with thousands of gate bookmarks, or making their own, and it was killing the servers.

I miss the old forums, forum signatures, the beef between RP corporations, CCP participating occasionally, generally way more activity.
